Lottery is a very famous game in my country. It is one of the legal gambling in my country. The one who manage lottery in my country is also the government. It's very famous among old people who really loves to bet on lotto. But earlier last year, the president tried to suspend it because of corrupt allegation but they also managed to get back. I am not really a fan of lottery since it's very difficult to win. You have the lower chance of winning and the fact that a lot of people in my country are also betting on it. I prefer playing different games than lottery.

I'm sure most countries have their own local Lottery system and isn't really limited to countries of India and Singapore. Though they may differ in terms of type/medium/prize, the concept is still the same, in which it kinda borders to wondering if the owner is actually lying to you and is manipulating the results or that you're just pretty unlucky in winning since there's a seriously minuscule chance of you winning.

I'm from Indonesia, so I know the lottery game you are referring to very well. A lottery where the result is 4 digits and you can bet on 4,3,2 or even 1 digit.
Are there other types of lottery? I mean, the concept is you trying to guess the right number out of millions and billions of combinations. I doubt lotteries use the idea where players submit a random number and lotteries pick one winner since that guarantees one winner, unlike the latter which doesn't really guarantee one.
There's fiat lottery in my place. I used to drop by the ticket outlet and buy a combination or two but so far I have not made it as a winner. The same with the millions of people who are also buying tickets with the hope of instant wealth. But lottery is hard to win. It is like your probability is one in hundreds of millions of chances. It's been a long while since I bought my last ticket.

This is the same for our country, and I gotta agree. I play lotto and my country have a lot of lottery branch and every city in my country have lottery. Base from my understanding his statement, he's confused about the lottery in other countries because he's only playing those games with particularly in Singapore and Indonesia. English is not his main language so basically it's hard to express it but I think it's understandable because even me either, it's not my mother tongue. I don't play lottery but few steps away from my home there's a small branch that you can place your bets and also in the nearest mall here, there's always a line which means that lottery is popular in my place.

Most of all countries have their own local lottery online, you can simply search on it in google if you want. To be honest, I cant suggest a good lottery gambling site because I do not fan with it. You can't win in the lottery, the chances of winning are very small and I think there's no chance to hit the jackpot prize. But good thing it is legal in most country.
