I mean.. if it goes down to that price its gonna be near worthless, so why buy it then? I guess at that point any increase in price would be a profit, but who are you going to sell to? Or is this to drive the price down somehow?

Don't be alarmed. You can find those orders at any coin, people even have sell orders for CENT/LTC where they want a 1:1 trade. So dont look too much at those.

with CENT people sell at 1 in the Litecoin market as some people who buy don't notice there is also a CENT/XPM market... XPM can be ten times lower than Litecoin in value so many get caught out thinking they have bought at 1 whereas if they converted their litecoin to XPM and bought in XPM they'd get their CENT ten times cheaper!!!
The exchanges do this as the decimal place for bitcoin and litecoin does not reach the bottom end value of currencies that have virtually died... like CENT... however buy cent at 1 on the XPM market and it can only go up to 2... which is why there are so many buy orders stacked at 1 and sell orders stacked at 2... but there is a long queue in waiting so best get your coins working somewhere else like LOTTOCOIN!!!
