Someone started buying at 15 sat. Then at 20, then 25. Then sold at 30 and let it get down to 25 and bought. Then to 35 and sell. Then down to 30 and buy, up the 40 and sold. All the way up to 63. Now it's going down steady, this will happen more often each week. I really hope it will go back to 20s so I can get some again...

It rose because institutional investers have entered the altcoin market. The total BTC traded on cryptsy per day on average has been roughly 2000 BTC. Today its breaking 20,000 BTC.
Dogecoin shot up like a mothafucka and people will expect lotto to do the same. The last reason is because LOT will likely be put on Bter now. They can't ignore this crazy volume.

Buy and hold and you shall be rewarded, even at these levels. If you make the same mistake twice then you just can't be helped.
