Lol it's a well known fact that the lower the market cap, the higher the chance for a huge return on investment.
That's why people invest in penny stocks. Otherwise since bitcoin has the biggest cap then it should always be the most profitable right... right?

Actually, the buys have outnumbered the sells (in BTC and LOT volume) when the price dipped below 60.  64/65 and the sells were outnumbering the buys 3:1.  seems level may be around 60 with difficulty adjusting rather than price.  Still a mine or hold from me though.

lol yea I had the same issues. Wasnt sure if it didn't like my username or my password or both? I guess in a way its good as he obviously has a good view on security, but perhaps someone should hit him up with an email and let him know his registration process sucks?

A profit is a profit.   There may be moments of "If I had held a bit longer",  "If I had sold earlier",   There will always be the what if's.    I sold out most of mine when it was in the 20-30 satoshi levels, plus sold some at 10 satoshi when the coin was brand new and not even listed.   At the time, that was between 200 and 400% profit on the cost of the electricity to mine them, so that was fine for me.

If I had just left my miners pointed at this from day one when I started, I could probably have maybe 30m LOT now, possibly more.   But thats the risks the miners take with new coins, will they take off, will they die?  Who knows.  If this continues to grow like doge, then it could be good.  Then again, there could be a market correction like we had a few weeks ago.   If I put the specs of a single of my miners into coinwarz, it was resulting in $30 a day profit mid mid December for most of the top 3/5 coins, this then dropped to around $15 a day until about 48 hours ago.  Now they are at 28-30 level again. sometimes up to $40 for a couple of hours.

If it swings back to the $15 a day level, then either difficulty will rise on the coins, or value will drop, perhaps a bit of both.  So perhaps 45 would be a sensible call on price for this short term.  Long term it depends on appetite imho.  with 94M coins a day being minted, this would cover all buy orders down to 50/51 on its own.  Thats if every coin mined was sold, which of course they wont be, but perhaps balanced with the sell orders that people shift downward during the day.

Its been a bit of a bubble market the last couple of days imho and we could be destined for a retrace,  it will either be in difficulty terms or price terms.  if its difficulty its going to be rewarding for the holders, if its price then the investors may catch a cold and cut their losses (or choose to hold).  My choice?  mine and sell enough to cover electricity bill, then hold the rest and see where the market goes.  You would need a strong stomach to be buying after a 400% rise in 24/36 hours imho.  The fluctuation in the market in this timescale makes it incredibly hard to predict.
