Not really. This argument was proven to be false during the last major correction (2014-16), and the same is happening right now as well. As you might have noticed, the growth in the new users have slowed down considerably and the most important reason for that is the price crash.
Back to its origin, yes hopefully this 4000$ bitcoin will attract and encourage new comers to buy/believe that bitcoin is not just an investments. Its like fiat money that is being use in daiky life. We get another oppurtunity to not left the chance of havung btc with its lowest. Now on, i cant let myself not to ride on a lambo car
Due to the fact that people are greedy I believe that 4k doesn't attract more investors to come. If the price was 10k-15k then people will start jumping immediately to the market because of FOMO. Now they have a small incentive to come especially those who do not study the market and they just want to make some "easy" money.

I hope it really goes around like this but i see that people are starting to talk negative things when the value are starting to decrease. The bad thing is that those panic sellers influence weak hearted investors. We should acquire more when the value drops, not the reverse.

If you are planning to ride on a Lambo with the profits you make from bitcoin when it rallies, you need to have a big bank roll by now and i would like to know how much you have invested till now, so that you will reach your target for the Lambo 
. The current price will not attract new users, only if there is a major news regarding bitcoin new users will try to invest, for the bulls to get excited we need to break some major resistance we have right now and i do not think we will see that happen in the second quarter.

But it is not good for people that are using bitcoin for long time because all of their holdings will decrease.It is not good for the BITCOIN but for the people who wants to start investing to it.
We have seen the market last 2017, the large price and big rise of the coin creates a massive demand all over the world.

the title of this thread seems funny . low btc price is good for bitcoins ? btc and bitcoins are the same . let me guess , what you mean to say is low btc price is good ? if that is then no i dont think its good . it maybe good for other people especially if he is an investor because he can buy bitcoins at a lower cost while for the rest of us who are workers/sellers , we only want bitcoin to increase because this is the only way that we can earn huge income .

i think people are attracted to buy bitcoin when the price is big ...not when she goes down
not all investors as you say because there are still many investors who have very big confidence in investing in crypto currencies and for me crypto currencies are the future economic development 
When indeed the price of bitcoin is very low or has a deep enough decline, in my opinion it will indeed be a pretty good moment for us to be able to benefit from the market, so it is indeed a natural thing if it becomes the right moment
What is more important? Price movements,both up and down, or price stability? Against which currency should it be compared as all currencies rise and fall?
don't we as investors know the risks in investing with crypto currencies and as investors must understand and understand these investments so if the crypto currency develops badly though

We are currently in 2019, it could be said that the second stage of the accumulation of bitcoins began in 2018 starting in April, if we bear in mind that sometimes history repeats itself, we can have good hope.
The only thing is that it is impossible to determine how long the price of Bitcoin will rise, however, investments in this stage of low prices that, according to the advice that large investors such as Warren Buffet, Tom Williams in his books show that they would not hesitate to buy .

I noticed that this post is an old post, 2015, yet I still consider it not yet outdated due to the bear condition of the market. The low value of the bitcoin is favorable to the newcomers or new players in crytpocurrency world because everybody can afford to buy it in fraction. And if these new players are started to pour in, the chance is the price will go up.
