yes, I think now is the right time to start buying because of the low price of bitcoin. and may be a consideration for all those who want to invest. but in my opinion if the price is too long below, it might make people not interested in buying. the lower cost gets the enthusiasm of specific individuals who are pausing, yet the vast majority hold up excessively long. they generally purchase when the cost is going up as they consider it to be a decent sign. these individuals don't have the balls to purchase when the cost price will go low.

I think it is much better if bitcoin is in a high price to attract new people because more people will be more interested to invest their money in bitcoin. The only advantage for new people is they can buy bitcoin in a more cheaper price, but they will not be encouraged to invest more money in bitcoin if it would not increased.

In the past few months the bitcoin was low price at that time, it was enough to be a low price to get bitcoin then or nothing to get, because that's exactly how a bitcoin crytpo is sometimes low and sometimes the volume increases its price and until it goes back to the bitcoin price level and I think it is gradually increasing its rate.
