It's a mixed reaction for people. Good news for buyers that want a low price and bad news for seller/investors that wants to sell and make profit at the moment. But the market is so unpredictable. 
At the moment situation looks like we have not seen for a long period. The market is really starting to recover, but it is not yet believed that this is a standard and proceeding growth. I really expect that now is the lowest moment of the fall of all cryptocurrency, I want to hope that soon there will be a such increase and everything will be all right.
Costs are low and it is introducing a decent open door ... is it accurate to say that you are amped up for the circumstance? how would you misuse the retracement further bolstering your good fortune?

Its great opportunities for newcomers, but i already invested in 3 dips of bitcoin in winter and spring, i hope to receive some profit this year, not some more opportunities.
initially i was excited about the lower prices and was expecting to buy some coins but now i am little worried and do not understand when to buy as every time after buying prices are decreasing. so now i am waiting and may be plan to do some investment if price get below 5000 usd.
At the beginning I used to feel very lost when I encountered this situation. Because my assets will lose a lot, but now I think this will be an opportunity, I will buy some cryptocurrencies when the price is low, waiting for the price to increase, in the sale.
Its depend on u from which view u look crypto. Low prices have a positive and negative impact on all users of crypto currency. Some people who have or keep coins are now in a panic stage, while some people get this situation as an opportunity to buy coins
Now Bitcoin keeps going down and this is not to be exited of as for my part. I have lots of altcoins and they of course goes down with bitcoin. If I have extra cash I'll buy the dip and hoping the crypto market will recover so I can recover my loses.
I can't say I am really excited because the low price means that my portfolio is down and I have no plans to invest more currently. The low price will favour those who still wish to invest, I think the coins are currently sitting at a good price.
This is a great time to buy and hold because prices are very low now.This is will be very profitable for trading.when you buy more coins now and hold,you will smile when the market finally recovers.
We should really saw this as an opportunity to buy more and we should really not panic but I do believe that this emotion is really happening as of now which the tension would really be there specially for those people who did bought on peak prices.
I am not sure from this market condition now Prices were low but now it went even lower. Looks like we are approaching another downtrend after some raises from last weeks. I'll wait a little bit more before I buy again.
I try not to worry and the main thing is not to panic. Everything is stabilizing.

Low prices are a great opportunity for investors, especially those who are still hesitant about capital. Investing while the low price will have the opportunity to earn higher profits in a certain period. Be patient while waiting to get good results that you achieve during this time.
I'm quite content with my ongoing buys. Got in Verge, Quantstamp and ETC quite modest as I would see it. Ofcourse you can pause and endeavor to get the base, however I'm happy with the costs i've paid for them. One of nowadays they'll soar move down and I would prefer not to have passed up a major opportunity for that just to get it a couple % lower.
Stages of volatility are becoming more complex this year. No one wants the current price. However, that is a great opportunity for new investors. Low prices can create peace of mind for long-term investors or traders can buy pennies to increase the volume of profits.
