Will we be able to go from 1.1.0 pre-dev to the new wallet or do I need to update to the one in between first?

price higher 1500 it will not be. some people do not want it. 
Imo someone is keeping the price down just to take some cheap LTCD before halving. That way he's gonna have a huge gain in the next days. Notice the sell wall he build around 1500-1530 satoshis. That way he's buying everything with the buy orders around 1430-1470. Not very smart but some people fall for that... Expect big raise in the next hours-days!

well you can sell but try getting them back may be harder lol me iam holding for the long run.
i would if i didnt get hacked yesterday morning and someone took sent all my coins to unknown wallet

As I mentioned before.
Please do not respond to FUD and trolls. Intelligent way to react is by not responding to it and treat these people like an air. If you start replying you make this thread look like it is driven by bunch of immature, emotionally unstable, condescending brats. All thread starts to look like trash. If you reply to their posts, you just add more wood to the fire and provoke them to attack even more and invite more friend's of fudders and trolls to join in. If they get ignored and notice that no one pays attention to what they say then they get bored of posting fud and go away.
If some fudder keeps going flooding the thread with pointless, aggressive and vulgar posts, then the devs can just block the person from posting.
