It seems like most of these unfortunate scams involve a member who has registered in the last week... often in the last couple of days. I don't think I've seen any FC scams yet from members with a decent registration date and post count. Just something for people to remember.

Another tip is, if you've done a couple of successful deals, get people to post feedback in your topic. And then when doing further deals with other people point to the feedback and say you want coins sent to you first. That is what I did and everyone was happy to send apart from one suspicious person... if you have good feedback only a scammer or someone very paranoid won't send some coins first.

Final tip, do the deal in chunks if you are not comfortable. Worst comes to worst, you will only lose a chunk of the coins rather than the whole lot.

SCAM ALERT!

Watch out! CryptoTrader is a scam. I sent him 120LTC and he never send the FTC and he keep the LTC!

Want to share because I'm very angry and want to help others...

He is on the "scammers" list.

zulzedd can you move the list on scammers to the right hand side of the docs page instead? Easier to see
I added Cryptotrader to scammers list, based on cyberstef PMs. Also CryptoTrader contacted me today, asking about trade. Looks like he robbed cyberstef for 120 LTC in FC value.
I'll move Scammers now to the main list.

UPD. Cryptotrader just PMd me.
Quote
We had an agreement cyberstef failed to stand by. Unless you are sending me a pm stating she is about to follow through and send what she owes, you will be ignored so dont bother, dosent concern you...
If it's your position - just send back his coins and cancel deal. That's all.

Why is your BID always higher than your ASK? It's usually the other way round on exchanges.
Because the bids are probably either fake bids or old bids.
Not many of the highest bidders are keen on answering messages from sellers.
TY temor for your answer. Also people are lazy to contact each other and just waiting who will contact first. For example: now CyberDyne selling 1k FC for 15 LTC, at same time SNS buying @20LTC per 1k(i just contacted him 5 min ago). And btw not always BID higher for ASK. One last day - yes.

Hi people! I just woke up.

Thanks for not saying "Please go do your own work" Lol
What do you mean? Now I see that the editors of the sheet steel is much more active and I thank you all for that. Now, this list is really the result of teamwork!
