This is one of those rare occasions where I will pre-order. Just watch the price go up when it goes live.

I want to split the 10 pack of 2nd Gen shares with a friend. Can someone who already purchased these tell me how they show in your account and if they are transferable like the qAsic shares. Thanks.  Cheesy

I purchased 2 x 10 packs about 20 mins ago, still on hold.  Like many others bit confused by his post but have faith it will come good.  Will update if/when it changes to shares in my account

Thanks. Much appreciated!  Smiley

no no,  1/2.5 = 0.4,  and 0.4*30 MHs is 12 MHs indeed. Very odd that he used
1/2.5 instead of 0.4, though..

Ahh funny how we are all reading it differnt...

I read it as 1-2.5 *  so something between 1 and 2.5

for me its a division sign. So, 0.4 * 30 indeed. I had it in checkout allready but this turned me down. 9.8$ mh is heavy but this is a pure pre-order then.

That makes no sense?

I read it that 1 share = x2.5 shares until chip release?

Therefore giving 7500 shares.

They should keep these new ASIC shares in stock for a while if the point is to raise money.

So, 12Mh of scrypt power for $300 until the final chip arrives?

Looks like ROI in 4 days.

guys 30000 * 2.5 = 75000 not 120000

hmm, 30$ for 1.2 MHs is a terrible price for the performance until the new chip arrives. So he asks for a lot of confidence in
advance. I'm quite satisfied with Chris, but I'm not happy with buying things I don't know yet what exactly they'll do
nor will I trust Chris blindly.

Also, there is one golden rule that the community should have learned during expensive
lessons: No preorders, no preorders, no preorders even if your grandma is the CEO.
This second gen is basically a preorder. So: No competition from my side if you try to
snap this 2nd gen product Wink

Nothing to worry about, I'm pretty confident we'all get paid in the end, just abit delayed the usual

I hope you are right  Smiley , still waiting

Sikman and Pug, do you guys have Dual Mod or just ASICs?

Just qasic's at the moment I wanted the dual mods but kept missing out, too many ninja snipers about..

I also got paid out today so all good and can't wait for the new gen 2 product

I trust Chris, he has been awesome so I bought 4 10packs of whatever it is  Wink

I think you guys are on the right track.

Instead of choosing the raw performance path - this is where the industry has been going...
Chris has decided to go the highly configurable path - leverage newest algorithms -  be the first ASIC mining new coins and algorithms and then switch to the next newest etc...

He choose flexibility over raw performance - which means we all have DUAL MOD XXX when you buy qASIC 2's today or upgrade to them in the future.

His announcement made it sound like he was going to sell these new shares separately and maybe not go the upgrade route. qASIC shares are still profitable as is but upgrading would be nice.
