not only you, including me, if you sell cheap, the price immediately rises, but if we hold the price will not rise, it turns out that in the world of trade it must be good at analyzing, there are several factors that might be observed:
1. Fundamental Analysis Factors
- Government policy
- Economic, socio-cultural conditions
2. Factor of Technical Analysis
- candlestick chart
- Bollinger Bands
- Simple Moving Average
etc.

I have a very good intuition in the other direction.
If I buy something, then it falls in price. If I sell, it grows almost immediately. Am I following the crowd and losing, or are I being harassed (curse)?
Am I the only one?

Maybe it is the psychology of you like when you buy a certain coin and the price drop and you magnify the drop or you are just plain unlucky that the market always go opposite of you. Maybe you should try brushing up your skill to avoid this from happening again and again.

Calm down, you're not the only one. The scenario that you describe happened not once, in the life of every person. This week I also had an unsuccessful purchase, I myself was worried for a long time. Just now I will be smarter and try not to repeat previous mistakes.

You are not the only one and that's even happened in my life. I just try to learn more from there to not buy when it was getting pumped. You must know how much bottom price for that token. this to avoid you get trapped by some manipulators in the market.

For your situation luck is not the problem with you
You are just confused and gets carried away easily

I say that because I can assume you are FOMOed into buying green candles
Then you are FUDed into selling it all cheaply after buying expensive

Next time, just dyor and follow the patient type of investment

NB: fomo - fear of missing out
      Fud- fear, uncertainty and doubt
Dyor - do your own research

if you are a newbie then it is very reasonable. I think you did the right thing, because if you make a mistake like that you will learn to be better.
try to calm down when prices go down and not rush to sell it.

Your not alone, this happens to me most of the time.

And this is why I changed my buying strategy, I just buy for long term instead of taking it for short term.

Because you are doing it in opposite just following other people won't make you profitable.

Buy FOMO and sell FUD is the thing you need to follow to make profits from your investments.

You are just stressed by the price. It happens to me too sometimes to feel the same.
Zoom out. See the big picture. Most probably your transaction is / was somewhere in the middle.

Try to stay realistic: you just can't buy at bottom and sell at the ATH. But that's OK. Probably you also didn't buy in the ATH and also didn't sell at bottom.
Also the small fluctuations look very big if you look too deeply zoomed in.

Many people experience the same thing as you, when we buy a coin that we believe will go up but he actually goes down, and when we sell at a cheap price, he soon rises in price, something like this is often experienced by many people, including myself.
