On the random note of watching YouTube videos came across this Lucky Bitcoiner whose house is extravagant. Have anyone came across similar lucky persons who are rich enough through bitcoin. I'm completely excited on watching the video, because to own such a mansion isn't an easy thing.
Lucky Bitcoiner
I know some of those who have been so lucky in crypto not just in Bitcoin.
I don't really know how much crypto had change their life or how they were before they came into crypto but I see that they are making huge amount through it.
I know some of them manage to build their own house from their profit on crypto and that is also one of my dream.

So cool a video and yet, all the government can see is the negativity associated with bitcoin and forget the once doing it the right way.
In this case, Lucky = exaggerated fact. Lots of professionalism is involved.

I know few people IRL that bought houses/apartments via bitcoin profit which I consider is pretty big success,  but no, I don't know any millionaires as of yet. That might change though in the future if they continue hodling bitcoin.

Personally, that house is an overkill (at least for me) but it is not a surprise as people tend to spend way too much when they suddenly get huge amount of money. That's why majority of lotto winners declare bankruptcy within 5 years of winning.

Personally, I would prefer to spend that money traveling, eating good food and living in a smaller house near the beach Smiley
Spot on, exactly how I would spend my money Wink.

Bitcoin is not the only one which can make you earn money, there is a job and businesses that will also help you grow your profits.

Cryptocurrencies are just another sources of profits when you invest on it but that's not the only thing that will help you.

Maybe he just seize the opportunity to focus on bitcoin and effectively made it as his full-time source of profits.

Also, it is possible that he is good in trading that's why he grew his money to buy that mansion for several years.

I'm really not feeling comfortable flaunting your riches coming from crypto or bitcoin itself.

You can be a target from criminals and you don't know that you can be physically attack and force you to cough off your bitcoin address and the private keys. So for me, it's better to keep a low profile specially if you become a self made millionaire through bitcoin, just saying.

I don't know his true story though and I never heard of this "Lucky Bitcoiner".

Yep agree to that and It had happened before. Any criminal who has seen motivation to acquire BTC or just enough cash can learn to find you all the way to your doorstep. Worse is that your relatives themselves will do it. Relatives can be the most worse people when they see you have some money and they don't have.

Lucky Bitcoiner should be luckier if he won't attract much attention from the criminals. Good luck to him.

All Bitcoiners who remained until today are lucky. But there are those who had much and there are those who only have enough. So they vary in degrees but, again, they are all lucky.
As the early supporters of Bitcoin, we are considered very lucky because we have given the chance to learn, know and invest into one of the greatest inventions a man has ever made.

Now with the OP, there is nothing wrong flexing your hard earned money online but for me I'd rather keep it than posting or making a video and post it online. I have been in the crypto space for more than 3 years now and until now, no one here in our house or in my place knows that I'm involved in crypto. I want to make sure that no one knows what I'm doing that is related to crypto because if they will know it, there is a "possibility" that my life will be at risk.

I agree with @Darker45. All people who join the bitcoin world are lucky because they have the opportunity to earn bitcoin, and their chance to have bitcoin will be bigger than people out there.

But for me, that mansion is too big, and I do not want to buy or have that mansion. I prefer to have a normal house with a large yard to play in that yard. With that big mansion, we need to have extra attention to take care of the mansion, even if we can hire someone or workers to help us.

We are lucky people who are still trying to earn more bitcoin, and we are one of the early adopters than people out there who still underestimate bitcoin.

Nothing wrong that you are celebrating the rewards that you earned for all the hard work all this time. The only time that you will be a target for the criminals is when you directly say what you have and where your house is located. I do agree that being lowkey is good but you sometimes need to indulge yourself a little, not doing so is like punishing yourself over something you do not even know.

Well said.

I'm completely excited on watching the video, because to own such a mansion isn't an easy thing.

I'm sorry, that was by far unconvincing for me.
There are far too many people on social media showing off "their wealth" of cars and planes that are actually rented by hour or mansions they are visiting or they work there.
Somebody wealthy (and sane) usually doesn't show this on social media.

There are exceptions too, but I don't consider them sane. And since you wanted an example, here you are: Risto/rpietila got rich from crypto (I think it was Monero)

But we can't say whether that mansion was really out of Bitcoin or not. Anybody can just do that thing. Anybody can say my Lamborghini is out of my Bitcoin profit. Everybody can ride on a yacht and say I bought this using my Bitcoin gains.

But, as others have said, no need flaunting wealth. I, too, am very lucky with Bitcoin. From the moment I met Satoshi's invention, I never had any problem looking for my next meal. Grin

Holy macaroni ! Shocked

Such a lovely mansion. Came from being lucky with bitcoin. Ive watched the video. Its really amazing how bitcoin really proves it's potential to many. I actually saved up some part of bitcoin and this new ATH made me some huge profits, too. Planning to buy a small house too near my workplace. Still planning though I also wanted to reinvest that profit back to btc again.

Such inspiring video.
This one bought a house when she was 17 y/o bought some btcs at 2k usd and sell it off at 19k usd. Whew!

I've known the guy and I love watching him asking people randomly what they do for living inside their cars and houses. Let's say that the woman said a real thing about being rich and lucky in bitcoin but we sure do know what to say if somebody digs in and asks us a lot with the same question.

I wouldn't brag that I've made it through bitcoin but would probably say "investments" instead of telling it directly like that. I've seen people he has interviewed and just told the plain answer such as "investments".

Good for the gal though.  Cool

Having a giant and luxurious house doesn't necessarily mean that the person is as  rich as it looks like. Maybe he spent all his money in that house, which will cost him a lot in the future just to maintain it (keeping it clean, everything working, etc).

I am sure there are a lot of people who are richier but prefer to live a low profile life, without having an extravagant cars, lambos, etc. Because those things will cost a lot of money each year, and they won't make you happy by themselves.

Personally, I would prefer to spend that money traveling, eating good food and living in a smaller house near the beach Smiley

I would maybe buy a tesla if it costs just a few mBTC lol
