Hello all.
Due to recent events, we have to remove the Mines game.
We have been hacked for over $10,000 in the last month through this game.
This is not a game this is a disaster.
Users keep complaining about bugs with this game even though we never had any critical bugs with other games.

We lost a lot in this game.
And users are not happy.

We decided we didn't need this game.
Users who find bugs, errors and take screenshots start blackmailing them with bad reviews on bitcointalk and demanding money even if they won.

This game is ruining our reputation, we'd better develop our other games that don't have problems.

Why would they do that? It won't increase their chances of winning. My guess is they are hoping to get a hash for which they already know the input. This way they will know the results in advance.

Please do. In a proper pf implementation, the server seed must be generated before knowing the client seed. Showing the next hash is the only way for us to know it hasn't been generated after we entered the client seed.

Yes. Mines game is available again and the seeds for the provably fair system have been added so it's theoretically possible to verify the game results. However, when I tried to verify my bets, I couldn't reveal the server seeds and it says I have to wait 5 minutes! Is this a normal behavior?

We talked with this user and i prove him that was visual bug.
Of course we closed the game temporarily we handle what was this.

Also i will leave prove here. I highlighted bet which was on screenshot and by our database you can see there were mine on that slot.

So after checking database i suppose it can be visual bug.
We are already fixed this bug. Also we released mines verifier (it was in development and we wanted to release it this week).

And Mines Game now is enabled.

Now even if something will be wrong with displaying or view you always can verify it by verifier.

But don't forget to change your seeds before verifying bets.

Also i want to say and already said to user:
I am apologize once again that you got into such a bad situation.
Now you can verify your bets by yourself.
And displaying also should be fine.

This is the first time that I am hearing about this site. I usually avoid gambling site names that start with lucky since they tend to be scams in some way or another.

I wouldn't call this particular site a scam yet, but their provably fair system failing is a big red flag and these results don't bode well for the future of this site. Check whether the provably fair system is working properly before gambling here people.

I guess it is because they do not have enough budget for promotion and marketing but they have Christmas and New Year special event on the site.
The special events are Diamond Rain and More chat games in chat, not really a special events for me as the reward is not that attractive.
Yes it is really unfortunate for a gambling site to have no attractive contest/promotion during a special day like Christmas and New Year.
The weekly and monthly wager contest is also not that attractive since the starting prizepool is just too low for wager contest.
