We can’t yet question them about the ETH thing, it completely depends on the admins which coins they gonna add in their site.
I don't think his intention was to question them, it's merely a suggestion and it's a good one if you ask me. Bitcoin and Ethereum are the most used coins and any crypto service should accept them for their own interest. After all, the main purpose of creating ann threads is to introduce new services and to hear users suggestions and feedbacks.
But you are right, the final decistion is still up to them whether to consider those suggestions and implement them or not.
Some are requesting for alts with low withdrawal fees especially those small time gamblers. Because if you will use BTC or ETH, usually the fees are high if you are just talking about few bucks of withdrawal amount. LTC remains to be one of the alts with cheap fees. But when it comes to doge, sometimes it is more expensive now when you compare it with LTC, or TRX or XRP. TRX as far as I know, is still one of the cheapest out there, in terms of transaction fees.
I think it takes some time for the casino to apply or integrate or add some other coins to their site and if they are still working to do that, we need to give them time to finish.
They will announce it later when they are finished doing that and hopefully, that will make their members happy because they will have other options coins to deposit.
Ethereum fee is not good to make a transaction and I prefer to use Litecoin as the fee is not too high.
