I was in the company which was moderated by Lutpin. He is a very good Manager. Reviews about it you can find in many companies. Personally, I am ready to participate in any company where there is Lutpin. Believe me, I am not familiar with it.

I really would like to see you manage that campaign and escrow sir. I can imagine that it would have less doubts if you get in charge.
Didn't get an answer yet.

Well I think that Oro is a scammer.

Did you have any response from Lutpin?

Nope, but we reached out to other trusted escrows as well and found one with reasonable fees and a lot of trust who we will be announcing shortly Smiley

Whats up with coin name? Whats this that is called Oro> high quality down soap or what?

Oro is spanish for gold.

I agree with your point but there are some people who would blame anyone and everyone when they find out they've been working for 2 weeks under a Campaign only to find their help coins worth 0.002BTC. The next thing they do is look for the OP of the Campaign thread. They don't understand the difference between a Campaign Manager and the Owner of the Campaign. They leave a negative trust under the Manager's name.
I've yet to come across a case where I could not find a solution to get the users paid. (Knocking on wood here) Ideally, I never will have to.

Suppose I don't have enough trust as you. My main account is Sr. Member. What is the minimum amount I should hold from the campaign manager besides the Escrow while running the campaign?
It depends.
Holding coins for more rounds means you have less troubles reminding to get your escrow restocked (or maybe even forgetting about it), for example, I'm holding funds sufficient for at least 6 rounds (=weeks) at BitBlender now.
On the other hand, it also means the runner has to trust you with more funds, and you have to take good care of them. I got other escrows I have restocked every other week.
As a bare minimum, I'd say you should hold funds sufficient for 2 weeks (+transaction fees/your fees), in some cases, that however can be ignored (for example if the campaign is scheduled to end after one).

Also, when does the Escrow pay the users?
Depends if the escrow setup is active or passive. An active escrow should pay users asap after the payment schedule is available.
A passive escrow should only get involved in the worst case.

Can I ask him to pay a fraction of his amount to the users if the Owner is late in his payments? I am saying this because earlier I ran a campaign and a delayed payment from the owner had me in trouble
That's a case to case situation you have to figure out for yourself, best with the help of the escrow.
There's no definitive answer as to at what point an escrow (if passive) should get involved.
In the end, the decision comes down to the escrow (and the manager).

Hello.

To Sour Thunder,
Advertising Campaign is what Lutpin manages. It is not in his hands if the project/coin/site succeed or fail in due time. As answered by him, there are factors(several of them really) aside from advertising that can make the project/coin/site a success/failure.
Lutpin and Yahoo are dead-serious in their jobs as managers. I see posts of both of them from time to time as I scan for quality reads. If ever the project/coin/site that Lutpin managed did not go very successful, he still did his task .

A decent amount of my campaigns are escrowed by myself (currently, 3 of 6 are). I usually prefer to run campaigns in this way, as it not only ensures payments, it also eases up the process for both me and the advertiser. Hence my initial suggestion is always to escrow funds with me (or another escrow of their choise).

May contact you soon about setting up a small signature campaign for one of my services soon. You seem like you do well with the camps you run but would you work with running a small low paying one?
I ran quite a few campaigns I'd now consider small, OneHash being one example.
While I now focus on bigger/long term projects mostly, I'm always open to pick up something else for a time.

Congratulations, Sir Lutpin. It is true, he is a great manager and was reputed member of Bitcointalk family from the time I joined.
Thanks Smiley

I have a question in mind
There's a lot of potential for discussion in the two short questions you've posted.
Let me try to give a brief (or not so brief, upon rereading my draft) answer to each, without getting too far into details and examples (I still got a little, sorry),
but still one that should give you sufficient information (not trying to textwall this thread).

some of the coins, where you worked hard as a campaign manager, are dead or forgotten. Was your effort useless for them?
When a project fails, there are several possible reasons for it. In the rarest cases, one thing is solely responsible.

I always try to set up the best possible campaign, or what I (based on my experience) think to be the best possible campaign.
In many cases, that works out pretty good, for example with CryptoGames, we're running since June 2015 now and when we ran into problems, we found a way to adjust the campaign. If the effort would have been useless, that campaign would have been cancled a long time ago.

A few other examples would be OneHash and HeatLedger, both terminated campaigns of mine, but also both successful projects (last I checked).
HeatLedger simply had served it's time, the ICO was over and there were little resons to continue a big budget campaign for the coin. We had created a lot of awareness for the ICO though (still doing alright: http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/heat-ledger/).
OneHash was from the beginning designed to be a short, introductory campaign, and when we completed that time, the campaign had been "completed". Today, the site is doing a lot better than before they ran the campaign.

But I guess the campaigns you're after are none of those, you speak of failed coins, so it probably is either Opair or SocialKapital (no offense to the guys involved with those projects).
Both campaigns went alright, at least from my pov, however, with both projects there have been some unrelated problems, things I couldn't influence, besides the task of advertising which I was a part of.
I'm not really keen on discussing those problems in this thread (it's not directly related to the campaigns), but there were certainly other reasons for the projects standing where they are today.
Maybe I'm partly to blame aswell, can't rule it out, but be sure I did the best I could, as I always try to do.

Even though those projects might be considered "failed" by some, I wouldn't call my efforts useless. I ran a nice campaign with each of them and the participants were quite happy about that. In the end, I can't guarantee a projects success via an advertising campaign alone, but if we're talking about the right project, I can certainly help it being successful by running a campaign with them.

Again, what do you do if a campaign manager refuses to pay you the fees for the members every week?
A decent amount of my campaigns are escrowed by myself (currently, 3 of 6 are). I usually prefer to run campaigns in this way, as it not only ensures payments, it also eases up the process for both me and the advertiser. Hence my initial suggestion is always to escrow funds with me (or another escrow of their choise).
Some advertisers don't want to do this or can't. The campaigns I run without escrowed funds currently are CryptoGames/CryptoNews and BetKing.
For CG/CN, I've been working together with them for over a year now, I have no doubt they take the campaigns as serious as I am and they will make payments to the point, as they have done in the last 18 months.
BetKing currently is in control of over 6000BTC of users funds invested in their bankroll, I'm not worrying about them misjudging their responsibility for payments either.

That being said, in the end, users know the risk of joining an unescrowed campaign. In case of any payment disputes (/missing funds/missing advertisers/...), I'm going to do my best to make sure everyone gets what they are owed (like I did with opair, if you want to catch up on that), but I can't guarantee it. I would love to, but I can not. There stays a little risk.
So far, I never had to face this situation. I'm pretty sure I won't have to in the future, but never say never (right?).

I hope that answers your questions sufficiently.

Hello.

I am fairly new to BitcoinTalk..

I have been active on Crypto-Games for almost 2 months, where Lutpin has the privileged of dealing with us as our Moderator..

Lutpin's Stats for CG are pretty impressive.. I would say that he runs a good campaign.

Friends invited: 1907

I've also browsed the forums and came across Lutpin's Signature campaign.

replies are consistently positive and I would not call this guy a scammer... The attitude is mostly toward people who deserve it. Anybody willing to listen will understand his wisdom..

Campaign Link:

I would recommend Lutpin - for what my newbie status is worth..

Then don't be an ass to others and mind your own business, and you won't get shit thrown back.
You don't agree with my feedbacks, however, others do.
This isn't the point of my thread though.

Having a self-moderated thread says alot bro... just sayin. It discourages people alot, mainly because if your service was shit, new buyers wouldn't know.
All advertisers I've ran campaigns for have been quite statisfied with my services till now.
If it was different, they would be free to speak up, as, saying it again, I won't remove comments that are about my campaigns on here,
it's other comments I care (or don't care) about.

Anyways, your decision mate. Keep ignoring what people say... it's not helping yourself.

Just gonna second this, so maybe Lutpin can open up one that isn't self-moderated. I'm gonna disregard this thread when hiring managers or workers because it is self-moderated.
You're free to, but this thread will stay self-moderated as long as my trust page stays the way it is.

I'm not planning on removing any critics about my work as a campaign manager (and as you can see above I didn't remove the comments from BSM), but rather I'm trying to protect me from the hate I (sometimes) get because of my activities regarding feedbacks/my position on DT2.
I don't want the retaliation comments from users I've left negative feedbacks in my threads like this.

If you'd like some examples from my trust page:

they can easily check all of my current & past work, aswell as some reviews of the former.

You can also find my listing together with some information in the Overview of Anti-Spam Campaign Managers.
