Yes, yes, everybody gonna get more and more free Bitcoins.  lol

Amazing how a lot of people are selling everything to purchase BTC for the upcoming forks. This gets me closer and closer to the idea that BCH/BCC is going to be TRB.

If one split is so fantastilicious then why not MOAR?!?!?

---

Without the fear and greed which drives most people on earth to react like animals instead of thinking like humans, none of this would ever be possible.

Animals are more predictable than both, governments and bankers.

erm TRB as pimped by MP is not for scaling but for 500k+ transaction fees for unpopular doods and zero by kickback to miner for cool doods etc but is it true Dr Satoshi has now tested 10TPS on BCH/BCC.If that is the case then it would be BCH who should go to moon zone.

The IXcoin whitepaper has one such solution

..IXcoin uses different genesis block to bitcoin and has a different reward scheme. So Bitcoins will not be valid in the Ixcoin blockchain and vice-versa.I think TRB is rumoured to be earlier bitcoin version.

As it stands:

Your chart is lacking.

Dr Wright has tested 1 gig blocks, 10,000 TPS, not 10.

And money value grows with velocity, as long as inflation is kept in check, so BTC has already lost due to the huge txs cost savings of BitcoinCash.  Soon you will see a mass exodus of txs from BTC to BCC/BCH, which will cause a big run in price which will bring in the majority of miners and since BCC/BCH already has the long chain - then BCC/BCH by the definition in the Whitepaper become the legit Bitcoin.

And that’s not even counting the huge potential imminent Segwit mess.

You’re gonna start seeing this in the next couple months.

As for IXC, if all these bitcoin forks don’t kill each other off or the bitcoin brand itself, there are at least a couple outs IXC has to become a massive player.

Timing and execution is key and that’s gonna be difficult, cause you know, we’re always broke so hiring the right talent to get it done on time won’t be easy.

Either way it should be fun, exciting and maybe a little scary to watch it all go down starting next month.

Enjoy the CryptoShow!

I’m really expecting the real bitcoin to hit $500k in the next 2-3 years.  Once this scalibity and holds on innovation are resolved, in the next 3-6 months, you’ll start seeing high frequency/professional traders coming, nation states buying TRB, ETF license pumping trillion from pension funds, etc.

It’s gonna be mind blowing!

Nobody reads their bible anymore so they’ll blame global warming, err, cooling, err change.  And HAARP and Aliens.

I agree we need something in place of or parallel to PoW.  The IXcoin whitepaper has one such solution.  Looking forward to seeing yours.

And it’s about you posted on this thread, Mint!  Wink

Bang out some free cash, get rich doing nothing, and don’t dream about owning the coming $500k real bitcoin.  That’s for only for real players.  Like me.

See that?

Have you seen @Anonymint’s latest:

I’m not yet up to speed on the technical reasons that for example 2016 BTC transactions are not recorded on TRB blockchain? Is it because of the version number thing? I haven’t expended the effort to run the TRB client and study the source code to try to figure it out. Too busy on my altcoin project (and health recovery).

I think I am okay with not owning that TRB going to $500k in 20 years, because I expect my altcoin corporation (yeah I know weird but stay tuned) to outperform that significantly.

I have provided the links in the above threads to the research which proves that proof-of-work can not remain decentralized if the transaction fees revenue dominates the block reward revenue. The consensus incentives no longer work, thus a whale/mining oligarchy must form else the ledger forms into innumerable forks and dies. I can defeat Wright on any debate about this, when ever they’re willing to stop banning me from their Slack (and no I will not debate on Slack, must be a neutral channel they do not control)

Thus the future of Bitcoin is the 666 coin as I intuitively predicted in 2013:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcoin-the-digital-kill-switch-160612

I’m working on a consensus algaorithm (not blocks, not Byteball, not SPECTRE) I think is better than proof-of-work and proof-of-stake. And I will attempt to onboard the masses while avoiding the issuance of a security token and avoid infringing AML.

Apparently none of you guys ended up in our Crypto.cat group, because presumably some of y’all were too busy on EOS and BCH scams. (nearly all of crypto is a scam including Nxt and everything hence). @klee et al, I know the truth about you, but I am not interested to reveal it. It’s none of my business any way. Carry on. Life is scam! Why didn’t God promise me a bed of roses.

yes.  it's building a decentralized IT infrastructure for more resilient gov't ops.  current infrastructure is so centralized that it acts as focal points of attack.  prior to 9/11 after the fall of the USSR the military analysts were already predicting a move to asymmetric warfare (cell groups) in urban environs, and thinking about how the military should address that.

why did the Americans win over the British?  Decentralized, guerrilla warfare with strike and run capabilities. non-p2p programs are more vulnerable, p2p expose flaws faster due to interconnection.

so many people in crypto have worked with the US govt at some point...  there are so many crypto guys in signal intel

Speakin' of Minstrel ...

"Minstrel In The Gallery"

The minstrel in the gallery looked down upon the
smiling faces.
He met the gazes --- observed the spaces between the
old men's cackle.
He brewed a song of love and hatred --- oblique
suggestions --- and he waited.
He polarized the pumpkin-eaters --- static-humming
panel-beaters --- freshly day-glow'd factory cheaters
(salaried and collar-scrubbing).
He titillated men-of-action --- belly warming, hands
still rubbing on the parts they never mention.
He pacified the nappy-suffering, infant-bleating
one-line jokers --- T.V. documentary makers
(overfed and undertakers).
Sunday paper backgammon players --- family-scarred
and women-haters.
Then he called the band down to the stage and he
looked at all the friends he'd made.

The minstrel in the gallery looked down on the
rabbit-run
.
And threw away his looking-glass - saw his face in
everyone.

This is a song of significance.

The original lyrics are as follows:

The minstrel boy to the war is gone,
In the ranks of death you'll find him;
His father's sword he has girded on,
And his wild harp slung behind him;
"Land of Song!" said the warrior bard,
"Though all the world betrays thee,
One sword, at least, thy rights shall guard,
One faithful harp shall praise thee!"

The Minstrel fell! But the foeman's chain
Could not bring that proud soul under;
The harp he loved ne'er spoke again,
For he tore its chords asunder;
And said "No chains shall sully thee,
Thou soul of love and bravery!
Thy songs were made for the pure and free
They shall never sound in slavery!"

A concentrated, single verse version exists:

The minstrel boy to the war is gone,
In the ranks of death ye may find him;
His father's sword he hath girded on,
With his wild harp slung along behind him;
Land of Song, the lays of the warrior bard,
May some day sound for thee,
But his harp belongs to the brave and free
And shall never sound in slavery!"

During the American Civil War a third verse was written by an unknown author, and is sometimes included in renditions of the song:

The Minstrel Boy will return we pray
When we hear the news we all will cheer it,
The minstrel boy will return one day,
Torn perhaps in body, not in spirit.
Then may he play on his harp in peace,
In a world such as heaven intended,
For all the bitterness of man must cease,
And ev'ry battle must be ended.

The Son of God Goes Forth to War (1812) is a hymn, by Reginald Heber,[1] set to the Irish tune (THE FAMOUS ONE ABOVE)The Moreen / The Minstrel Boy, and appears, with reworked lyrics, in the novella The Man Who Would Be King (1888), by Rudyard Kipling (The road to mandalay) and in the film The Man Who Would Be King (1975), directed by John Huston.[2]

The Son of God goes forth to war,
a kingly crown to gain;
his blood red banner streams afar:
who follows in his train?
Who best can drink his cup of woe,
triumphant over pain,
who patient bears his cross below,
he follows in his train.

That martyr first, whose eagle eye
could pierce beyond the grave;
who saw his Master in the sky,
and called on him to save.
Like him, with pardon on his tongue,
in midst of mortal pain,
he prayed for them that did the wrong:
who follows in his train?

A glorious band, the chosen few
on whom the Spirit came;
twelve valiant saints, their hope they knew,
and mocked the cross and flame.
They met the tyrant's brandished steel,
the lion's gory mane;
they bowed their heads the death to feel:
who follows in their train?

A noble army, men and boys,
the matron and the maid,
around the Savior's throne rejoice,
in robes of light arrayed.
They climbed the steep ascent of heaven,
through peril, toil and pain;
O God, to us may grace be given,
to follow in their train.
