yup, in the works now. building up the new server to handle the increased traffic. Just the front end is off right now as it was causing additional unnecessary stress on the server.

Hey , I want to thank you for the excellent service you're offering . Mining was working (I use NemosMiner-v2.2-master) . I rebooted my rig 1 hour ago and now it seems I can't connect anymore (waited like 1h still not starting) . Is it normal considering your website is down ?

Thanks in advance !

you can use 1.7.6-zpool until api server is back up:

download 1.7.6

edit.bat (NemosMiner-v1.7.6-ZPOOL1070.bat)

change btc address to yours and select how many gpus you have eg. 1 gpu

SET ADDY=1QGADhdMRpp9Pk5u5zG1TrHKRrdK5R81TE
SET GPUequihash=0
SET GPUccminer=0

eg. 6 gpu's

SET ADDY=1QGADhdMRpp9Pk5u5zG1TrHKRrdK5R81TE
SET GPUequihash=0 1 2 3 4 5
SET GPUccminer=0,1,2,3,4,5

save and run .bat

Does this means people who are still mining with 2.2 isn't auto-switching?

I noticed my miners have been mining the same algo for half a day.

Everything is back to normal. Started back to 2.2 . now it's way faster to load the miners and the webpage. Thank you for the awesome work !

I can't help you with a number, I don't have a D3 miner, sorry.

All I can say is pick a number and test it, play with it.

Others might pop in here and help you more.

Hi I am using an Antminer D3.  Can someone tell me what to sell d= to?  Or should I  not have it?

On zpool home page it says to set d=92.
On their difficulty page http://zpool.ca/site/diff it says to set X11, X13, X14 and X15: from 0.002 to 0.512.

I am confused what to put :/

Pick a number, let it run, monitor it, if it seems low with hash rate, change the number.

Set it in the password field

-p d=0.004   or -p d=0.030 and so on.

Also, make sure you set the username / worker name as your wallet address in which you want to be paid with the correct c=symbol (symbol = the payout coin)

EG ...

Bitmain D3 Settings:
URL: x11.mine.zpool.ca:3533#xnsub
Worker:
Password: c=,d=40

If you want to be paid in bitcoins, use your bitcoin wallet address that you want the payment sent too.
Set  c=BTC

For GPU mining
example 1 - mining xevan with payout to bitcoin address:

-o stratum+tcp://xevan.mine.zpool.ca:3739 -u YOUR_BITCOIN_ADDRESS_HERE -p c=BTC,d=0.003

example 2  - mining xevan with payout to DASH address:

-o stratum+tcp://xevan.mine.zpool.ca:3739 -u YOUR_DASH_ADDRESS_HERE -p c=DASH,d=0.04

(Fat fingers -- hit the wrong key, had to edit the post 3 times !!!)

lol@ fat fingers.

Do you happen to know what a good d= setting is or default?  I host my miner remotely and my host does not give me access to edit it.  I can't test different d= since I don't have easy access to it.

It's weird that zpool home page says d=92 that seems high.. what do you suggest?

DB & stratums migrated to new server. Will soon put frontend back on after some monitoring.

Is everything back up? I still only see general text with no graphics on zpool.ca. can't search for vtc wallet as well.

Thank you

once this settles in and any tweaks needed are done I'll be further expanding for stability. I've upgraded as well the data connection to a premium 1Gbps guaranteed bandwidth in and out of the servers so this I hope will also improve latency.

There is still a backlog in the database and I suspect it should all be caught up by morning. It's at least progressing unlike before the migration, where it was piling up more and more.

finally felt my first outage.  I am sure this is normal because a new machine is stepping in and there were DB migrations mentioned... maybe the coinbox has been reset.  She pings clearly though.

I wanted to let you know that I submitted a bug fix for the 80% value issue that I reported months back.  This is likely the cause of the low payment for coins mined.

https://github.com/tpruvot/yiimp/pull/192

Regardless if you think that this is a problem or not the code fix simply prevents the widely used AverageIncrement function from returning results that are 80% of the actual value when a zero is passed to it.

I am not attempting to rehash the argument again, simply pointing out a bug in the code.

Please consider implementing this on the pool.  It will likely return it to being the top paying pool especially considering Nicehash is likely not to return in the near future.

Can we have this, @crackfoo?  Can we, can we, can we? Please, @crackfoo, please!  It’s Christmas!

Hopfully later tonight I can move DB and stratum to it.

Something wrong with the Neoscrypt stratum or the way the site is reporting hashrate.

I have 2 rigs - one is at 2.57 MH/s and the other is at 4.55 MH/s.  On the pool site, it says I'm at 886 kh/s (sometimes hitting 1.1 MH/s), and the other is 916 kh/s (sometimes hitting 1.4 MH/s)

Does the Neoscrypt stratum need to be restarted?

Join the club! Lyra2v2, X11, and Neoscrypt users all with the same problem -- hashrates being reported VERY low.
No need to "join".  I'm already a member.
