After 20 hours, we will become BTC dice game as well. Just give us a little time Smiley

I'm sure you have created thread previously (more than 20 hours ago IIRC) and said exactly the same thing, and seems that your previous thread was deleted because referral link. Now you created new thread without referral link which is good, but still it should not be in this board since you are not accepting bitcoin as a payment method.
I believe you have missed out some information as regards the acceptance of bitcoin on they platform, am the ops stated clearly that bitcoin is one of it welcome bonus so at that bitcoin is accepted on the platform. I really buy in in their idea as the have variety of payment method which is what most Dice site are not doing they rather created a native coin for play on they platform.

Good people of BitcoinTalk!

My issue with TrustDice.win has been resolved: they actually doubled my initial balance (made it 0.002 instead of 0.001) and I successfully withdrew it.

I guess sometimes all systems run on errors. It is amazing that TrustDice had the courage to admit it and eventually resolve the problem (moreover with a bonus as a compensation).

Thanks everyone for their support.
Thanks TrustDice for turning out a good guys after all.

I wish to all of us not to lose our conscience and to be able to make a wise decisions in our lives.

P. S.: to the Moon, BTC!  Cool

Well apparently they KYC now. They did not process my withdrawal for 5 days so I went on to talk to live chat, immediately after I received an email asking for documents and they stopped talking on chat.
I didn't receive any tips from other players or place any sports bets like the complainant above, I only used the casino. Not really happy with sending my documents to some random casino.
What did you do then? An user complained his withdrawal got pending only because tips from big winner on there. Did you playing from restriction country? Or did you use multiple accounts?

I'm not from a restricted country and I only had one account. I think maybe they have started to do KYC to everyone now, maybe Coinbox can confirm?

I'm still not sure if I am comfortable sending my information over. If I had known they would want all my documents I would played somewhere else but I suppose it is my fault for not checking. I saw the thread had not been updated for quite a while before i signed up.

Hey libelle, can you contact us through email: info@trustdice.win? Smiley

I'm sure we can provide a sweet solution, just ask for Rus - it's me Cheesy I will do my best for you.

All sorted! Thank you for your help Rus.

You can open a scam accusation about them on here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 Post all your proofs on there

How long they said they will check your account? Or your account just suddenly got closed and your withdrawal still pending? Because i didn't see they update anything in the last 2 months

We're still waiting for @menacingly reply, as he/she didn't contact us and didn't reply to our email.

Let's not fall down to lying my friend, OK? You didn't send me any letters regarding my blocked account. The last letter from you is a withdrawal confirmation code:

I am still waiting for an answer from you which your Support agent Jenny kindly promised me to give.

Hey! I thought you gonna contact us by email at info@trustdice.win Smiley As we left you a message:

Quote
Fourth, I really apologize for the all inconvenience me, my team, and our platform has brought to the @menacingly.
@menacingly you can send us an email or reply to info@trustdice.win, so other TrustDice members can pay attention and read your email as well. I'm sure we can provide a solution.

However, we still didn't get any email from you.

We have decided, that there is no point to fight with players and we apologize for making trouble for you.

The main reason why you get blocked was: that our system thinks the account who sent you money and your account is the same person. As duplicate accounts are not allowed in our casino (it's normal practice everywhere). Your account has been blocked.

One more time, we are sorry it happened. We are going to improve our system. We have sent you back your 0.001 BTC and added a little BTC as a bonus  Grin

Everyone can have bad days, even TrustDice Smiley I hope we have resolved our issue.

It seems that you are not the only one who got a problem with this casino withdrawal process.

Did you try reaching them again many times?

You can directly message @Coinbox1 which is the OP of this thread. OP is currently online due to the recent scam accusation to TrustDice. Make sure to take this chance to message the OP account.

DONOTtrustdice would be a proper name to this SCAM "project".

They just blocked my account 10 min after I requested a withdrawal.

Support in chat answered just "The system detected a duplicate account Sad"

Very funny. Especially, that I have only 1 account and 100% NOONE could have EVER used my PC or my IP. I guess they just do this to everybody who requests a withdrawal.

I also bet 100% they are russians, since they seems like this rotten kind of people who just can't figure the way to make some money without scamming others.

I believe and I am allowed, you must respond more "just in time" in the thread, be careful that it is not a written rule to do or say that, except what the rules of the forum and each section govern.

WHO wants to get FREE SPINS? Smiley
Tell your TrustDice accounts and maybe you will get.

Dont ask people to post their username here in this thread, I suggest you to create a new thread at the Games and Rounds board for this free spin.
If there will be some people post their username in this thread then your thread will be moved to Games and Rounds board, even worst your thread might be archived.
Just a friendly reminder and suggestion. Dont forget to add full terms about the free spins you are going to give, to avoid confusion or complain later.
Anyway, seems that you have made many improvements in the last few months especially the addition of the 3rd party games as I did not see it when I visited your site months ago.

But the previous suggestion is very good, in fact I tried to find that thread, but it has not been created (or yes!), Which is not mandatory, but I think that users here who suggest things do not do it by imposition if not for helping.

Perhaps in its default something by Telegram, to announce Spins or anything to "interact" with users is Great, when a web page of any casino transcends the traditional and is noticed with an interaction through the forum , a special feeling is created between users and the project.

Add that the interaction works because I come to your thread from #LE I like any type of project, entrepreneurship and I like to support it, play it, deposit and do all the process that by its own nature needs a venture in the world of betting and sometimes the best The qualification that a user makes is to deposit, nowadays in the crypto world it is possible, because making a deposit sometimes small insignificant may not mean anything to grow in profit as a result of betting, but it supports the venture / project ... that's why is that the casinos must reward with promotions, bonuses and that great etecetera. to a great majority that without knowing it, because many seek their fortune with small deposits but do not know how much they help together.

So, it is not only about having a great site, great promotions, great marketing or social networks, yes! Some are very active, but sometimes they forget to read comments, make likes and why not RT, in a social network, that contact may go unnoticed and but in a forum that detail is quite noticeable.

The site deceives users, hovering over the game indicates that the minimum bet is 10 satoshi per line, but entering the game removes 100 satoshi per line. This is a fraud. According to the law, the seller must sell the product at the price indicated on the window.

I'm not really sure what do you mean by the bold part. Do you wanna say that trustdice deduct your balance 100 satoshi just for entering the game without playing? I just tried and as I can see the minimum bet is 50 satoshi instead of 10 satoshi (on the dice game). Would you mind to explain in different words of what you are trying to say here?
