In my opinion, Musiala was one of the best players of the tournament. He played wonderfully and was one of the names I enjoyed watching, along with Yamal. Müller has achieved great things in the past, but now he too must gradually leave the scene. Great names are being produced in German actors and there is nothing natural about Müller leaving the stage to them. It was a good tournament, but it did not end well for the Germans.
Musiala is one of the best German prospects right now and the fact that Bayern already has him shows that he has a good future. He will be getting the best training he could possibly get, and he is playing one of the best teams ever so that means best staff and players around him, a lot of experience in every level, and he keeps being better and better.

He is still very young, imagine him playing until 30 here, that means he is going to be insane, thinking how much experience and training he would get there at that level, he could become one of the best German players ever, like not top 1, but could be top 10 by the time he hangs his boots. I think it is going to be something special to watch him, I would say he is at least as good as Jude.

It's a big mistake for clubs to send players without making a profit and the clubs that do this are big clubs but they act in an amateurish way. Some clauses should be added to the contract in order to prevent behaviors that harm the club in star transfers. Big money is made under the name of signing money and clubs are prevented from making any profit from this situation. I'm not making an assessment of whether this behavior is right or wrong, but agent fees and signing bonuses prevent clubs from generating revenue.

It seems that Liverpool will not get any income from these players. Some clubs demand very high transfer fees from their players and never lower them. It is surprising that the club took this decision despite knowing that the players will leave the club after a year.

If a club does not put a player up for transfer, it means that it expects to renew the contract with him, but sometimes it happens that they are unable to agree on new terms of the contract with the player, when the player wants to receive more payment, or a longer contract and the club is not ready to give them such conditions. In this case, there is a risk of releasing the player as a free agent and, of course, this will be a big loss for the team. Sometimes this happens, but more often the teams manage to come to an agreement with the players.

I hope Manchester United did not act too early like Hojlund. Of course, Zirkzee is a little better than Hojlund. I think Zirkzee can be successful in the EPL. A good transfer for Manchester United is on paper. I hope he can quickly adapt during the year and have a better year.
This Hojlund versus Zirkzee debate is heating up, and for good reason. Sure, both men have potential. Dont get ahead of ourselves. Zirkzee is talented yet fresh to the Premier League. He must prove he can handle the world's hardest league. Despite injuries, Hojlund has persevered. He's ahead.

You know what? Competition is good. It improves you. Makes you hungry. We need that at Manchester United. Guys who compete for their spot and push each other to be the best are needed.

If these two stay healthy, we have a one-two punch. Zirkzee has imagination and flare, Hojlund has speed and finishing. That mix is awesome.
Both strikers are have potentials and their ceilings are high. Manchester United have done a proper job to convince him to join the club. I think both Zirkzee and Hojlund will give Ten hag better options in the attack.
Hojlund - Loves drifting to the channels..bullish and got a powerful technique. While Zirkzee employs a different style of play. He loves to drop  down the line and very good at combination. Rashford and Greenwood flanking Zirkzee would have been the best.
The space and linkup play Zirkzee creates coupled with Greenwood’s high finishing rate with both feet would have been so ideal. But Zirzkee can play anywhere across the front and Garnacho scores more on the right.
I think there is no issues. The Team will be well coached on scoring and utilization of third man runs.
I’m expecting a good season from Manchester if they get all their intented signings.

So it is now officially happened.

Mbappè to Real Madrid, he will wear number 9, free agent yes but it is rumored to had a 100m € bonus.

And I think it will be the new trend now, let contract expires to have big money at the sign.

Players have a lot of power but most clubs won’t allow a player of such high value to run his contract down and leave for nothing. Any smart club will offer players an ultimatum when they have two years remaining, either sign an extension or be sold. Funnily enough Liverpool have allowed Van Dijk, Salah and TAA to enter the final 12 months of their contracts which is stupid. It’ll be interesting to see what happens with those three.

Maybe now the international tournaments are over we’ll start to see more transfer activity, it has been a very quiet window so far. Liverpool need at least three new players to compete for the big prizes.

Victor Osimhen at the Chelsea realistically looking possible but for this we have to go for some favor from the Napoli president which is insisting for the high fees which is not coming from any club and things are going tense day by day because we all know Osimhen wants to leave this club and having some other place for his rest of career, but Napoli management is not cutting about their asked price target which is creating problem even as things are going Napoli can take good advantage if they are having their policy soft about sell of this player, but personal ego is going to hurt all.

Antonio Conte which is now having new job as Napoli coach surely going to be had perfect if we have Osimhen for another season but as we have condition here at the Napoli it's looking not easy now we are having end of the Copa América and Euro 2024 which will bring more good options for the many clubs so we can hope this all will be also ended on positive.
There is no Chelsea in the hunt for Victor Osimhen now only PSG and Arab clubs are interested in the Nigerian player, but it would be a shame if Osimhen had to accept an offer from the Arabs at a young age he can still even shine in Europe, my opinion is that he will go to PSG towards the closing of the transfer window.

Although Fabrizio said there was no proposal submitted by PSG but so far seriously what I see, other news says if any center attacking player leaves PSG will focus on Osimhen then obviously he means Mbappe right?
So far the decision is in Napoli who want a high price for Osimhen so it could be that this negotiation will be even tougher.

I don't really think so, I think Chelsea is also in the mix, just that it's the high cost of his transfer that has put them off for now, but if the transfer fee is reduced a little bit, I believe that they will definitely make their interest official, then talking of PSG, I think he is more likely to sign there because they need someone big to fill the void left by Mbappe, so what they are just doing now is just evaluating their options, and be looking if they can get a cheaper deal by delaying their approach till the closing stage of the transfer window.

And for victor Osimhen, it's very obvious that he is not in Antoni Conte plan for next season, because by the look of things, he has already start making plans without him in the squad, which is very much understandable.
Chelsea are in the race to sign Osimhen. What is delaying them from the signing Osimhen is because of the €120m and €12m salary net, Napoli demands, which Chelsea management perceived as being expensive to sign Osimhen. Except when Napoli has a change of conditions deal, they will have Chelsea signing Osimhen, but if nothing changes towards the condition of the deal, Chelsea would back off from signing Osimhen. Any club that has such a huge amount to sign Osimhen for, would go ahead to sign him.

Nevertheless, I believe PSG or Chelsea would end up signing Osimhen before the end of the transfer window. So, no need for Conte to make plans to include Osimhen in the squad he wants to build as the new coach of Napoli, since both parties(Osimhen and Napoli) are parting ways soon

I totally agree with you. Thomas Muller has done so much for German football and now it is time to give younger players chance. He has had amazing career winning many awards including the Golden Boot. He is legend in German football. He might keep playing club football but he will probably stay with Bayern Munich until his contract ends. He might consider playing outside Europe but it is unlikely he will join another European club. Muller time playing club football might be coming to an end but his legacy will live on. New talented players like you mentioned Jamal Musiala will carry on his legacy and inspire the next generation of German footballers.
Germany will missed out on one of the greatest player of all time, Thomas Muller. He's basically an important instrument for his club and country, although he's aged and no longer active in essential sectors, more comparable to pressing force. Thomas Muller have made public announcement, he has finally hang his boots when it comes to international games. He retire from international games and having full concentration on the big games at club level.

Thomas Muller have made great contributions to the German national team in his 129 appearances he played for the team and scored 45 goals so it's a very good achievement in his football career for his country and now that he has retired after the UEFA EURO competition, he will greatly be missed in the national team because throughout his international career he has been impactful in the German squad. He is 34 years and still have more playing time before his final retirement from football and he has been devoted to the Bayern Munich team both the Bayern division 2 and the Bayern junior team since the year 2000 till now which means that the German footballer's career has been within the circle of the Bayern clubs and since he joined the Bayern senior team in 2008 till date he has been very helpful. His retirement from international duty is his personal decision and I wish him well in the club's league side since all his focus will now be in the club matches.

I was hoping that Real Madrid's new number 9 shirts wouldn't have such a long waiting time Tongue

In fact, the signing of Mbappé by Real Madrid generated a wave of enthusiasm and high demand for products related to the French star, especially his shirt, which will significantly boost the team's piggy bank.

With demand well above normal, the club and its sporting equipment supplier even increased the pace of production, but the current production capacity is still far below the enthusiasm of the fans who will have to wait up to a month and a half to receive the shirt number 9 that Mbappé will wear.

And for those outside of Europe, forget it... besides having to wait a long time, you will pay a fortune.
Otherwise, you will have to settle for similar (non-original) t-shirts.

It's a great trend, I think. Players are ordinary workers/asset owners and not slaves, so it is fair that they manage their labor, and not some “third parties”. It is clear that in the future we will still see cases where one club receives huge amounts of money simply for the fact that it breaks a contract with a player early, but in most cases the beneficiaries will be the players themselves.

Thomas Muller is such a big name in the German football and also a big name in the Bayern Munich’s Bundesliga league. He has achieved greatness all his years in football for club and country side. I can’t even remember him playing for any other team asides from Bayern Munich since I started watching him. It is indeed an high time for him to retire from international football and be playing on club side peripherally before he finally retires football fully. He should have a lot of players that are looking up to him that want to be like him, he has lead a good road path for young footballers and his legacy will never be forgotten in German football and Europe entirely.

Bayern are in stance to sell De Ligt to the Manchester United. And Romano's tweet above has explained all.

In my opinion, i don't like this transfer decision by Kompany and Bayern Munich. I'd rather keep De Ligt and sell Upamecano. Then, use the money from selling Upamecano to recruit Jonathan Tah. The decision to sell De ligt, then replace him with Tah is a blunder by Bayern munich.
This is because it sounds like you're replacing De Ligt with a cheaper and worse player than him. Tah is playing in the same position as De Ligt.
The tweet further clarifies De Ligt's future and if Man United succeeds in bringing him in, next season will be much better. De Ligt's agent has also spoken to Man United representatives even though PSG are also reportedly interested in him, now De Ligt prioritizes joining Man United over other clubs. It seems that Kompany doesn't really like De Ligt's style of play so he is not retained and another reason is to use the money from the sale to recruit other players.

Every coach or management has a different view of the players they have, although if you compare De Ligt to Jonathan Tah it is completely different. It seems like a hasty decision by Bayern Munich, but it seems like De Ligt is not the type of player that Kompany likes.

De ligt is a very solid Defender. If the new Bayern Munich manager doesn’t want his service, then he needs to move to another club. At the moment Manchester United are advancing in talks to get him and he’s interested in joining Manchester United. A deal is yet to be finalize. I think they are also focusing on another defender, Yoro. For a reason, i think the De Ligt’s deal is dependent on Yoro. But there are recent speculations that Manchester might be getting both Yoro and De Ligt.
Lindelof is expected to leave and a new center back will be signed. Preferably a right center back.
For a high line, someone who can mop up and disrupt play will be handy.
Man united need a strong, athletic rearguard and perfectly falls into that sort of category at the moment. And that’s where De ligt comes in.

Great names are being produced in German actors and there is nothing natural about Müller leaving the stage to them. It was a good tournament, but it did not end well for the Germans.

Musiala currently has a bright future after he decided to join Bayern Munich at a very young age, Musiala who made his debut with germany  match in 2021 has been an important pillar among the old German players so indeed he deserves to be one of the players who caught our attention at this year's euros.  Some young players have shown their greatness in the Euro so it's no wonder that some big clubs are now starting to try to get close to them, Musiala, Nico Williams and Yamal are young players who have performed quite extraordinarily throughout the Euro played, in addition to the many young players who have appeared, of course we can't deny that this year Euro is the last stage for some players like Muller,  Kroos, Giroud, Shaqiri and also Navas, the loss of these legends has left us with many stories but seeing many good young players to replacements are ideal for those who are retiring at this time.

Muller is the third player to have the most caps with Germany so I don't think there is any reason for him to stay longer in the German National Team at his age because after all he has contributed a lot including for some of the achievements that Germany has recorded in the decade-plus he has been in the national team.
This is the right time for Muller. Although the results of the Europa League did not really match expectations but on the other hand we also cannot deny that Germany lost to the champions for the Euro so it is a matter of deserved even though they lost. Now it has become an inviolable decision so we only need to appreciate Muller's intentions well because after all he only retired from Germany not for inter-club competitions so we can still see the game from Muller at Bayern.

This is a significant achievement, of course, it was possible to play a few more matches for the national team to break Klose’s record, but what is the point of this, just statistics, especially since he spends a lot of time on the bench, this is not what such a player will strive for for the sake of some kind of record . He has already written his name in the history of German football, I think this is quite enough for him. And matches for the German national team will be additional stress, which is not very good with age. He will continue to play for Bayern for now, he is not finishing his playing career.

He has contributed greatly to Germany so far and won many awards so his decision to retire from the German national team can be understood considering that he is 34 years old and he wants more rest. There are still many young players who will replace him whose stamina is stronger and he might just Finishing his contract at Bayern Munich which will end next season, there are no rumors of clubs from other leagues wanting to recruit him, so I think after his contract expires, he won't move to any league. His loyalty is only to Bayern Munich and the German national team.
In the future, I am sure that Jamal Musiala will indeed become a leader in the German national team. Seeing that all of his seniors now seem to have entrusted Musiala to lead the German national team. So Muller, Kross, Rudiger and Nueur will give the younger generation of Germany the opportunity to shoulder the burden of the future of the national team. I still remember the young Muller who was underestimated by Maradona, because that was the turning point in Muller motivation to become an ambitious player who always embarrassed those who underestimated him.
It is time for Muller to look for a club outside Germany or more precisely outside Europe to prioritize a meaningful retirement. However, my speculation is that Muller will most likely be part of the German national team staff.

Elsewhere, Thomas Muller has announced his retirement from the German national team and this year's Euro will be the last event he will participate in. It doesn't feel like he has been a mainstay for the German national team at international level, but in the last competition he took part in he started to decline and we rarely see him starting. Despite all that, he will still play football with Bayern Munich next season and his contract will end in 2025.

Isn't this the best decision for a player to make? In conclusion, he is a complete player for both club and country. He has won it all and I don't know what he needs to win again to prove he is a great legend. He was solid as the bonds that binds twithin the walls of diamond and at the same time important for them.when they won the Fifa World Cup Competition. He won the highest goalscorer award that year if i can recall vividly, yes?!

I have nothing but respect for him every time he comes across my head. He is not one of these players that has all the best dribbling skills, but indeed, being a team player and doing the basics of football very well has instilled him in places, won him trophies, these modern days dribblers cannot fathom nor attain.
Godspeed to both him and Toni Kroos in thr next phase of their various lives.
He's a player that I admire so much and that earned my respect, he is a player that always delivers whenever there's the need, As a Chelsea fan, I can't forget those incredible moment of him when Chelsea faced Bayern Munich during his stay at Bayern, he's always a threat to the defense line, both his incredible strikes and nodings of ball in the 18 yard box, Thomas muller can play almost anywhere, Winger, Attacking midfielder, centre forward, and second striker. Wishing him the very best henceforth.

One of Germany’s most decorated footballer this is certainly the right time to give youth the chance to showcase their talents. I don’t think any of the current or active German players have the stats that this man has in international games for Germany. Golden boot winner at the World Cup, youngest teenager to do it then, numerous golden both runners up. There wasn’t a Germany world without the spectaculars from Thomas muller. He is surely retiring in high, and he left German with a worthy replacement in person of Jamal Musiala.

As for club football I think he wouldn’t also go past his current contract with Bayern Munich, even if he intends to continue playing football it might be outside the club he has spent his entire years at. And I don’t think Muller will be playing for another European club aside the Bavarians. He might wants to explore outside Europe too but I doubt. So the club football ending might be here too sooner or later

Klopp may want to work again after resting for a few years. Even at that time, I'm sure he will receive offers from top teams. I like Klopp's management very much. He was a coach who brought Liverpool together. Now it's time to rest and then he will decide whether to work again or not. I think making time for his family is his priority right now.
I've seen his name pop up here and there as a candidate for several national teams already. I guess that's to be expected since he's a popular coach. I believe if he ever returned to football management again managing a national team is probably his next step. I read somewhere that the US national team contacted him already, but he don't want to accept the job. Makes me wonder whether the US national team seriously believes they can get him or if it's just a publicity move.
