The code tweak to invalidate the burn address that was discussed should be happening tomorrow (10/16). A very trusted person will be handling this for the team: earlz. He does code reviews, often utilized by Bittrex. We want to put this to rest for good.

Just got the core wallet but it is not connecting to sync with network. Any ideas? Im on windows. (8.1)
Hey...on page 1 of this thread there is a Windows Wallet download. After you download the 35mb wallet file....if you have problems syncing like I did (running windows 8.1 x64bit). Read just below the wallet download icon...its states you need to download a new EXE file (about 4.6mb-5mb)and just drop it in your MaryJ folder to replace the old EXE file. My wallet works perfect now and syncs without any issues.

Switch to Windows 7 and karlb187 yes I agree with you 100%, that's the only reason why I'd like to see Cryptsy pick it up.
