That's messed up man.  Gotta look around and find places with proffessional reputations and high reliability of paying as expected.
We can find it actually by simply doing some research or we can see it around but there are still people do really blindly join.If this situation hasn't been resolved yet
then gamblers should really be wary about this sites reputation. Its new but it do already fucked up.
They normally make a thread for their announcement, it's easy to know if they are reputable or not, if they had reg tag then that simply
means they are bad to do business with, you already risk your money in gambling but the risk will increase because you are likely not gonna withdraw your winning, like what happened to OP.

This is the first time I see some of a good site losing their track just because of something really small here? Does not make any sense why they are doing this thing. From a glimpse, they are having this site quite good to roll and after I read a few comments and they started to have so many troubles already which stop my decision to make a deposit
Good decision, don't get yourself scammed because OPs case is still unresolved until now.
They cannot resolve a small problem so they are just starting their business to scam, and I know not all are aware of this
but hopefully with this community we can help them to be aware of the site status.

So this has not been resolved up until now? At least, we know that MavenBets site is to be treated differently. Include that in your list of scammer sites.

I hope more people will learn about how they do business so they will not get anymore gamblers on board.

No this has not been resolved, but the door for that stays open like I mentioned before. It's not too late :-)

Op should have opened this thread on a different board like reputation.  It could have attracted alot of reaction.  It is very bad after one take risks in investing in gambling you have start thinking about if your fund is safe again.

Don't you hate it when owners of gambling sites do this, totally ruins the online gambling experience for players. I'm thinking of creating a "wall of shame" on our site. Who can send me a list of Bitcoin gambling sites which committed fraud?

we certainly hate it
there are several specialized sites that monitor scam sites, you can go to this one for example:
https://www.badbitcoin.org/
the best thing is that you can leave a report and after they check it, the site in question is added to the list
granted, I would not take it as the final criteria to judge if the site is a scam or not , but they are pretty good at marking them shrewd scammers straight away

I had completely forgotten about the badbitcoin site! Thank you for reminding me. I think this case is a lost cause/closed case and I no longer expect to get my money and/or to get a response from MavenBets.com on any of the related topics. I will proceed to give bad trust, but also want to say that if MavenBets.com decides at any point to process my withdraw after all, bad trust will be replaced with good trust and a transaction ID of the withdraw will be posted on all topics to confirm and verify the fact that they would pay. Also badbitcoin site would be requested to remove the site.

Thank you for the help of everybody involved, and make love, not war! <3 :-)

no worries, good to see you are not taking it too close to heart Smiley
while 260k satoshi is money still, it is not something I would lose my sleep over
hope you will get your withdrawal processed , but mavenbets kinda ruined their reputation over 10$

I still can't believe how hard it must be for someone to lose their hard earned money to a scam on something they were already willing to lose anyway. I mean if I gamble somewhere and than lose it that is one thing, its still sad but if I am doing it for fun and entertainment than its fine and I got something in return, maybe not money but at least some time well spent. However, when I lose that money with something like this its even more absurd to me.

If I wanted to trade bitcoin to ethereum and exchange scammed me and not gave me my money, that is a shady exchange and its rare and can be avoided, i am not there to lose my money, I am there to exchange my money to something else, however when I am gambling, more often than not I am going to lose that money to the casino anyway, why would a casino that I am willing to give my money to tries to take it away from me by force when they can just let me give them myself is beyond me.

Hhampuz for Campaign management
So I placed a withdraw on MavenBets (https://mavenbets.com) on the 22nd of December last year, and it's been in a pending state ever since.
Never place a bet in any sites which has no reputation, there are many reputed sites and why do you want to experiment with new sites and that too without any reputation what so ever, i am not sure whether you will get back your coins ever, looks like the site you mentioned is still active, make sure you spread the word about their non withdrawal of funds so that no one will get scammed again in the future.

OP did, in fact OP did post this in the scam accusation section, for reference, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.49453636
you can check that. The site is new and OP might be new also, he made mistakes and now he cannot recover his loses because site owner is not responsive.

There's a lot of gambling site around the internet mate why you prefer to play on it?  Actually in the first place if you'll noticed the design of that site there's actually  a big difference with the other legit gambling site.honestly It's looks like not trustworthy site for me in the first place and in my view it's definitely risky especially playing with big capital since the site isn't popular

I think OP is just also a newbie in gambling so he did not see that there are better gambling sites than this one.
He has an account now in this forum, if he will use that account to explore better gambling sites, I believe he will not commit this kind of mistake again.
The mistake he made is not that costly since the amount scammed is not big that would affect his future.

he had 6 sites up for the same game, i doubt it cost him anything. he was probably getting the faucet from them all.

this site was a copy of magebets that scammed two weeks before he changed the domain and started advertising here.
Advertise site>attract new gamblers> high turnover>limit winners>scam customers>run away>REPEAT like wolf in sheep's clothing..Wise explanation: You can't teach an old dog new tricks Wink

Its really unfortunate how a site that is trying to get its feet in the already saturated gambling market cannot keep to their promise of honoring a decent withdrawal no matter how small. If he has broken any rule, courtesy demands that he should be told and how to go about rectifying it but unfortunately, that is not happening and Op needs to start thinking of how to cover his losses. Actions like this pollutes the industry can makes it more difficult for new gambling sites to be able to compete favorably with already established sites without doing more than enough to win the trust of the community. I hope you get your funds back.

Good thing that it is only a small amount and op should add it up to experience. Mistakes do really happen but making a little bit research or googling a few minutes wont really cost you a leg.
People do really always fail even the most basic things and i dont even know on how they do find out these sites and decide to withdraw.I've posted already on this thread earlier that Mavenbets
already pm'med op but as i read above they havent done such thing, how unprofessional they are or in short they are scammers.
