I never hear about this gambling site. Whey do you trust a site which do not have any reputation at all? There are good sites around, just use them. Protect your money by getting scammed.
I advise you to create a scam accusations against this site.

Dear people from Bitcointalk,
This is my first time opening a topic here, so if I accidentally break some rules or make any mistakes while doing so I apologize.
So I placed a withdraw on MavenBets (https://mavenbets.com) on the 22nd of December last year, and it's been in a pending state ever since.
I asked for support in chat, I was unable to use their supportchat on the website since I got the error ''Please update profile'' and I was unable to find out how my profile could be updated. I filled in their contact form and posted in their Bitcointalk topic (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.48990068). No response anywhere, and my withdraw continues to stay unprocessed.
