The worst part is they said they messaged OP but actually didn't. That is really a low hanging fruit for anyone who wants to bet there. If anyone still wagers there after all of this I think they may go into there knowing there is a risk. They are so unprofessional that while trying to keep the situation under control and not help him at the same time they thought if they wrote "pm'ed you" people will see that they are working on it but they are so idiot that they didn't think about how he can respond with "no" and that shows how horrible they are.
I honestly add this to my list of places that I wouldn't play even if there was free faucet available for big amounts. Who would want to play there from now on. They are basically done after this problem, they could have been known more if they fixed it but instead they decided not to.

This is not really a good practice for any project especially if there is gambling or betting. Tag will remain unless they solve your issue immediately, if they took long time or not solve issue tag will remain forever. Just try to avoid untrusted website. Look forward for trusted site and research before you make diposite.

Many people fall for the new casinos because they give incentives and maybe free bets in order to attract a bigger crowd. Also, the well-known casinos don't mean that they are reliable because of their popularity. Anyway, I think that this amount is not a big one for the OP and it will not impact his financials.
Try to find some information about the casino you are choosing first...

This is a new gambling site and not a popular one, so it's understandable that you have not heard it. Well, most of us gamblers does not easily trust our money with a small and new gambling site as we all know how big the risk in crypto.
Scammers are also here and they can be in any business, so it's our duty to investigate prior to putting our bet, must wait for the feedback from the people but if you are willing to give the feedback first, you should try with a small amount so it will not hurt your pocket.

but 260k satoshis is still money , so you should open a scam accusation as suggested above
but I highly doubt you will see your coins, since almost one month is more than enough to process the tx and admins clearly have no intentions of doing so
the sites looks pretty dead to me, last bet was made 7 hours ago, which says alot about a dice site

OP already stated his concern but has not receive a response, so I guess bring that to the higher court which is the scam accusations.

Also I chacked the link, but the feedback I saw was negative. Many people doubted this gambling site and the treatment of admin @mavenbets to everyone who wanted to know this gambling site was not worthy of being copied, he was too arrogant towards everyone who judged it not right on the gambling site. And I don't understand the reason for OP to keep playing on this gambling site, a learning for all of us, especially newbies who want to start gambling.

I agree with others about scam accusation thread. You can also try to send a personal message to their official bitcointalk account and see if that leads to anything. Looking at their ANN thread, it seems like this casino is dead. They didn't post any updates since the end of November, but their account was last active two days ago, so they might spot you this way. How did you even find this website? It seems really unpopular, like some experimental project that did not work out. But you've lost only like 10 dollars there, right? It's a small price to pay for an important lesson: only use trusted websites for gambling.

So I placed a withdraw on MavenBets (https://mavenbets.com) on the 22nd of December last year, and it's been in a pending state ever since.
I asked for support in chat, I was unable to use their supportchat on the website since I got the error ''Please update profile'' and I was unable to find out how my profile could be updated. I filled in their contact form and posted in their Bitcointalk topic (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.48990068). No response anywhere, and my withdraw continues to stay unprocessed. I've been reading through their thread and all I can say to you is to take your loss, you'll probably won't get your coins. The person managing their bitcointalk thread seems very offensive, impatience, and can't handle criticism. So I'm not surprised that their support haven't answered you yet.
