Sad to hear this things. I know this would happen. Most of the ICOs last year get away from their investors and because of this, the trust ratings of the ICO drop down. Newbies or even old ones will now choose safe bets rather than this. Just take it as a life lesson and be smarter next time. Why not focus on trading, its a good investment too.

Maybe you're not knowledgeable enough to know if a certain project is good to support and to invest with, credit that experience to the future you, and I'm sure you will make a comeback, and you will earn more in the future. dont lose hope just because you failed to gain profit from 1 ICO.

Or do not invest at all, there are many bounty here that you can engage and that are accepting even just a junior member like him, So even if you get scammed there are no money involve and you can join any airdrop in the forum, telegram, Or even any site that lets you join Bounties and Airdrop, I think there are bounty and airdrop alert site that you can check for new ICO's.

Sorry to hear about your story. Remember that the thing that makes crypto attractive is the thing that might hurt it the most: lack of a central authority that can be trusted, like a bank.
But, keep your chin up: what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and learn from this experience to come out a stronger, more diligent investor.
For instance, investing with solid technologies and team and being skeptic of *every* claim that projects make.

The positive from this is that there are so many good and promising projects out there. If you are willing to weather the storms then placing your trust in a solid product like Gifts, Rentberry, and even Multiversum you will sleep easy and have financed a great product with growth potential.

If investing in an ICO did not work for you. Then stop participating in an ICO and try another invesment approach. Like buying existing coin that's undervalue now in the market or try trading crypto but first you need to study trading techniques.

I agree. Many see ICOs as an easy venture because it's easy to enroll in them if you want to join bounties, and it is also quite easy to invest in them and just wait until such time it becomes ripe for profit. Many have complained again and again with regards to projects failing and ICOs turning out into scams. Sorry for your loss, I know how you feel. Still, investment in any coins of crypto currencies are having any risk moreover in ico's project. But, you are taking much risky put all the money to invest in 1 project. I split my money to invest in 5-7 ico's project, half of them can be success when enter the market even though some others may fail. But, i take the risk as my profit from ico's which success are more that from failed.

I understand how you feel about that because I felt the same way before. However, there's no way we could turn back the clock and correct our mistake. We have no choice but to move on, get up and become smarter in decision-making like in choosing ICOs to invest.

As for me, losing in those ICOs, coins or tokens that I have are just lessons to be learned. I have no choice but to keep holding them, but in your case that the scammer made an exit strategy, again it's just a lesson learned. Just keep moving forward and stop thinking about the bad things.

Make investment in any ICO is high risk so also use money willing to lose, and dont use more than 10% of your total money. And from this experience you can make new strategy and new management of risk and money to reduce the risk and to maximize the profit in ICO market.

one step for more clarity in ICO is to share the bad projects we invested an what is the reason,

There's no market history or anything, which makes it very difficult to predict a price range.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Never put in more than you can lose. I have made such losses as well, but as long as you diversify, the ones gaining will make back all those losses eventually. You can still bounce back and there's hope yet. Maybe not in this bear market, but there are signs of reversal and I reckon that it will happen within the next few months (or even this month).
