Don't let others control your BTC -> self custody
Mayweather has only been retired for 2 years and is 40 years old, the fact that he has been saying that beating Mcgregor will be very hard shows he is very confident that he will win and wanted to increase the interest on the fight since he directly benefit from it through his share of the PPV and tickets sells.

If Mayweather wins and it's financially a huge result, they can do a rematch in the octagon, if he happens to loose it could be a boxe rematch then if mayweather wins the rematch an octagon third match.

I still bet a little bit on Mcgregor ;-)

Nate Diaz has his boxing license too now....let's see Diaz whoop McGregor after Mayweather whoops him!  McGregor is obviously afraid of the tiebreak with Diaz in the octagon....let them box!  <----I would pay to see that one!
I've seen him fight Diaz and each time it was a total domination of McGregor. Diaz got lucky the first time and got him in a choke, but did you see how his face looked after just a few minutes? Each fight it was the same thing, Diaz being beaten to a pulp, with a face looking like he was in a car accident, bleeding all over the place.

We can never be really sure unless it's already the time, it's getting closer and closer and it seems that it can be really scripted. It's hard to say that Mayweather would just let himself lose, probably there is something in the contract that dictates that he should still win or something, still clean in his record or something. Anything would be nice if you bet on the right person, lol.

Campaign Management?"Hhampuz" is the Man
After all the drama and the hype, I hope the fight will be up to our expectations. This will start another boxing is dead argument if the fight is as boring as Floyd versus Manny.

Maybe that is Dana and Conor's real plan.
if this will end differently from the fight between manny and Floyd maybe it will bring new spices to the boxing industry but if this turned to the same pattern
maybe boxing is really just a place where gamblers will have a chance to double or lose their money in an instant fight. lets see and hope that the drama
will be an entertaining one.

Dday is here; McGregor came across as a bit manic and, dare I say it, nervous. Floyd as usual cool, calm and collected. Been here many times and knows the drill. Wait for the first time he smirks as he sidesteps McGregor's left and nails him with a stinging right hand. All the hype will be taken out and we'll realize what we should have done all along: this isn't even a contest.
I've seen that. McGregor is trying to intimidate him by screaming jumping and all that, but you can see he's nervous. It would be great to see him win though.
I don't like wife beaters, so I'm not going to bet on "money" and I also like underdogs so that's another reason. If you bet on Conor and he wins you'll get a load of money. If you bet on Floyd there's not much to gain.

Not your Keys, Not your Bitcoins
I'm going for McGregor's victory tomorrow. @Thenotoriousmma will surely cut "Money" out of the game. He is younger, taller, faster, sharper and more aggressive. Floyd Mayweather only advantage is his boxing experience and maybe technique, but Connor is coming from a much tougher world, the MMA..

See for yourself tomorrow!  Cool

Glad I found this thread on bctalk, I didn't know about this match . Just wow , oh my.. UFC vs Boxing. Sorry for the emotional talk, it's kind of excite me more than the mayweather - pacquiao bout. This is unpredictable and amazing!! I will give a lucky guess that mcgregor will lose this match but it will be bloody. Well, It will not be an easy match for mayweather since mcgregor have good fighting strength.
Well we are different votes for me i choose mayweather to win this fight i think much stronger than mcgregor.. this is just my own prediction but i bet to mayweather than to mcgregor..  remember how can stay in the stage when mayweather is in the mount in the first game from pacquiao.. so i think he can be condition fight again and win this fight.

We've seen that the fight of mayweather is almost as boring as watching because he's just jumping and running when he box and slowly taking chance when the opppent let his guard down. The fight between Pacquiao ang MAy is a good fight tho Manny gave the best of his punches but he still lose that match and it's not the fight that everyone wants. Floyd is playing in a very detailed way and that's he's style. The Conor Floyd fight is one of the most hype right now. We've seen that Conor knocked out his opppent by punches and hes a pretty good counter but I think Floyd has the edge when it comes to boxing IQ. It's like fighting hulk ( Conor ) to Batman ( Floyd ) and let's see what will happen.

Some more final drama before the fight:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6i2k5d2coiU

Paulie Malignaggi dropped by Mayweather's boxing club and apparently he told him everything that he saw during the sparring session. Looks like a checkmate to me, unless Conor predicted this move and showed nothing of what he will do saturday night for Floyd, which I doubt it.

So chances are Mayweather knock's McGregor's gameplay by now or at least part of it.

LOL. Nice moved Paulie. Thanks for hyping the fight more. I think this is really a tactic by Paulie and McGregor.

For me its really evident that this is just a circus act, they are all in for the money. I'm pretty sure that Mayweather will win this fight. No way Conor can touch Mayweather and eventhough he can rough him, it will not be enough as Floyd can really adjust as the fight goes along, I wouldn't surprise if he knockout Conor in less than 6 rounds.

I know this dirty games they're playing soon mate, and I see it mayweather is a prominent boxer and he can even pay the judges for his winning pride. If you been noticing his previous fights like with Manny pacquiao I seen it not a fair decisions from judges whose on favor with him. I still hope that he will play and fight fairly, because his attitude and wise skill definitely made him famous rather than a boxing warrior who fought for braveness and eagerness to fight for masculine fight in the ring.

Here the thing with this matchup. We're not here debating whos a better boxer. It's clear Floyd is the best at the game, boxing has become science; where you can perfect it, and he has. But this has also turned this sport into a "boring" one.

It's also clear that if this was a straight out fight McGregor would literally strange Floyd within 30 sec.

This has become such a big event simply to the fact that majority of the public just wants Floyd to get popped. With that McGregor brings that to the table; he has the ability to catch him.

I personally hope that McGregor does just storm out of the gates and put pressure that Floyd has never seen, he may not even land many as Floyd is quick. But at the end it only takes one when you're a much bigger man than the guy your facing.

I'll stick with my original prediction, that McGregor only has a change if he KO's him within first 2 rounds, else its all Floyd and Floyd will finish it before 7th round.

Betting wise; best value bet has to be: Either fighter to win between rounds 1-6 @ 2.250 (+125) odds

Interesting clause on the contract regarding the fight. If Conor McGregor reverts to his MMA tactics against Floyd Mayweather, it could cost him everything. I think there is also a verbal clause that I read somewhere that is why during the last press conference, they are very respectful and against each other and there are no profanities. I'm still looking at that article though.

The clause in Conor McGregor’s contract that could destroy his career

LAS VEGAS – Ever since the big fight was signed, there has been speculation that if UFC champion Conor McGregor is struggling against boxing star Floyd Mayweather, McGregor might revert to his mixed martial arts roots and wrestle Mayweather to the ground, throw an elbow or even deliver a kick.

It would result in an automatic disqualification in the fight that takes place Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena, but offer some measure of violent satisfaction. The possibility is enough that some sport books, such as the South Point Casino, are offering a “Will McGregor be disqualified during the fight” prop bet. Yes pays +600, no is -900.

Bet that he won’t,” UFC president Dana White said.

Start with this: White said the contract between the two fighters contains a clause that penalizes McGregor should he get disqualified for using a mixed martial arts move. White is privy to the details of the deal and McGregor’s thinking.

“There is a huge penalty clause in the contract,” White told Yahoo Sports on Thursday.
