I won 0.014 and had to wager 0.6 to request withdraw, I had 0.11 left after completing wagering requirement and requested withdraw.
Instead of withdraw confirmation email they have sent me email where they request my personal documents such as passport, electricity bill and IP address to verify my account.
After talking with their customer support they have said I am not suspected of having multiple accounts and KYC is usual procedure for BTC withdrawals.
I recommend you to not play there since they are not anonymous casino and if you win they will request you to go through KYC verification procedure even for 1mBTC.

Very professional and fun site. I just hope people don't get fooled by the deposit bonus. I deposited 400mbits and got a 440mbit bonus but I need to wager 14,000 mbits before I can make a withdraw. Everybody will lose before you hit that point. But I understand you can't just let people sign up and withdraw.

You're not wrong, if they stated that it was 30 days long originally it is kind of dirty to quickly change it to 48 hours, though you seem to have kind of blurred the line between real BTC and bonus BTC here. They should have at the very least notified you in advance about it.
