Nice win, I belive you got it from the sign up bonus. As I remember they are offering 25 free spins for every new player who just signed up. Not really sure if the bonus is still there till this time. By the way, good luck on your try to complete the rollover requirement.
All gone after wagering 2%.
It's confusing:
0.5 "coin" is 5 mBTC. Balance is in mBTC, while "my account" is in BTC. That's three different units.

Even if you complete wagering requirement you would have to send identification documents + deposit to get your winnings.
Hi Joksim,

Once again you are posting on our thread with incorrect information. You have already posted this exact statement a few months back, and we quickly corrected you.

We only require our players' IDs if they have duplicate accounts or abuse the bonus with multiple accounts. As per the no deposit free spins - if a player wins, we only require a 40 mBTC deposit before the funds are eligible to be withdrawn.

Thanks,
mBit Casino

Hi Loyce,

For Boomanji, "credits" are displayed in mBTC. When you place a 0.02 credit bet, it would be equal to 0.02 mBTC or 0.00002 BTC. That is why 2,259 credits was equivalent to 45.18 mBTC or 0.04518 BTC. Hope this clears things up.

Wasn't this settled with them stating that the user had multiple accounts which is against their TOS?
I have not heard of any bad things about this casino yet and am using them right now and am pleased with their customer service thus far.
Hi Lionidas,

This issue was resolved and settled many months ago but has just recently been posted on this thread out of the blue. The user was taking advantage of a bug in our sportsbook software. Even though this was the case, he was still paid out over 7 BTC in winnings.

We take our reputation very seriously, and we currently serve thousands of satisfied players in our casino. We pride ourselves in resolving any and all justified complaints in a timely fashion, and we will continue to do so indefinitely.

On another note - unfortunately, Joksim has been trolling our thread for many months now, and we don't really know why. We suspect he may be trying to spam his signature but we are not sure yet. If you look back, you will see many of his posts here were misinformed and unjustified. I hope this clarifies your question.

Thanks,
mBit Casino

Yes I appreciate this explanation because it does make your reputation as a casino become tarnished if things like this are not resolved and dealt with just like as you can see with C.B's promotional thread here. Their customer support is an utter joke and they do not respond to things that they do not want to resolve thus scaring their reputation to themselves and the business that they represent here.
You are doing a very good job here in following up with your customers and I do hope that it brings you more business with their customers migrating to yours with your exceptional customer support that they obviously do not understand is the core of any business model.
I would recommend your casino to anyone that asks me where to go for a full bitcoin casino experience.

You guys know that casinos like this one with rigged games are just games and you should never deposit your money there right?

We are not fool enough to wager 0.5 just for 0.006 to withdraw, lol  all the games outcomes are predetermined and that's it.

we all should have to know that gambling is a place of entertainment for having fun so for that we have to put only that amount with which we will be able to get that entertainment and not have to put all of our wealth to consider that place as a place of getting income for supporting our family.

Mbit, you do not get to talk about trust. It is me that trusted you to book my bets and you did not do that.

You bullied me into that agreement, of course  am not honouring it. You took 17BTC , i had no way to get them back, and then said ''Do you agree to get 2, we keep the rest and then we all forget about it? We will all be cool after that!''
Shame on me to not honour than agreement!
Maybe a robber can ask somebody under gunpoint to sign a contract and transfer all his assets over.

Blockchain doesn't open for me at the moment, if memory serves i received a total of 17 coins of withdrawals and deposited 13.5. So the number of past winnings is not 7, its less.
I can correct this later but it doesn't really matter.

I never really expected to get paid when I opened this thread. I mean, there is a hope but an unrealistic one. I just could not resist seeing you advertising here and I decided to dedicate some time to say my story.

You say I seek flaws, I say I am winning. And you are treating my like 99% of the betting industry treats winners. You kicked me out. All the bookmakers want only losers. There are big losers, small losers, addicted losers, all the kinds are welcome to bookmakers. Just don't show them you have a clue about betting cause then they kick you out.

But you took it further like the scammer bookmakers do. You also voided my winnings.

You mention your terms and conditions, what a joke. All bookmakers terms and conditions are blatantly unfair. In a court of law they are illegal. First thing a judge does is render the T & Cs null for being unfair.

Enjoy the amount of time you bookmakers and casinos got left. Bitcoin will wipe you all out in the end, we will gamble decentralised between us , there will be no need to pay juice to the likes of you.
Of course you will close doors much earlier because are a scam casino and people are finding out.
But even the reputable ''fair'' casinos will get seen for the thieves and criminals they are, the people just need to get educated and presented with a fair alternative.
Someone will code it eventually.

@antdee - As you well know you have been paid 7 BTC in winnings while none of the winnings were actually justified and 2 BTC in this transaction - the reason being that it took us a while to understand what you were doing. It seems that all you do is seek out flaws in risk management to gain an edge at bookmakers, and that is not the type of sports betting we can continuously condone.

Regardless, we apologize for having provided you with a sub par gaming experience. If your hope is that we will pay out a bettor that has broken our terms and conditions in such a blatantly obvious way, please know that we are unable to help you further. 2 months ago now we clearly settled on the dispute, and it's disappointing to see that we made an error trusting your words.
