Maybe you can't read, but that is more proof of why Betsoft (and Betcoin) are shady operators. All reputable casinos have already dropped BetSoft games, yet you choose to keep them up.

The game rules of BetSoft weren't written anywhere in the actual game, or able to be found on their website. If you mean the newly added after the win "jackpot cannot be won on free spins" thing, that rule was shown after the win, so it shouldn't be applied. Is there somewhere else stating the rules, that hasn't changed after the win? Using google images for "the glam life paytable" shows a few paytable screenshots without the newly added rule.
