I don't understand how is all that different from what I am saying.
I took the 2 btc you sent me, yes, ill take 2 out of the 17. That doesn't make it right that you kept the remaining 15.xxx.
Bets were on a fair line, and if you did not want the risk, you should not accept all the losers you accepted before. Any legitimate bookmaker pays the bets they accept. Again ill say it was a fair line, market average. It is not my fault your sportsbook had low liquidity, and you ended up with uneven exposure on my bets.
That uneven exposure sure did not bother you when my bankroll was emptied. I had to re-deposit twice to bet, and finally win.
You can comment or refuse to comment, whatever.
I will post just a couple of the emails we exchanged, no need to flood the thread.

Hello Laurence,
I would like to comment on a point made here, actually the only point made thus far.
Accusing me of circumventing the betting site's betting limits by re-placing the same bet. The word circumvent implies deceit, scam, thus it is an inappropriate choice for the situation. It is used in the industry to describe people's actions like registering multiple accounts to take advantage of signup bonuses , or registering multiple accounts to bypass the max limit bets, on the same line, all of which is dishonest and disrespectful behaviour from the bettor so I never practice it.
People get easily caught having multiple accounts and the sports betting forums are full of such cases with people having their money confiscated this way, foolish to try it in the first place in my opinion.
In my case now, I believe the first time I saw the max limit message was around the 23rd of May. My first thought was to find out if repeated bets are allowed, like other bookmaker models, so I tried to rebet and bets were all accepted, processed and graded normally. You are calling this ''exploit'' but it is not my intention to exploit. Many other bookmakers (Sbobet, Pinnaclesports, maxbet to name but a few) operate on a similar model. They have a maximum win amount for a line, and after accepting a bet there, they recalculate their position, lower their odds if need be, and let you bet again on the new line.
Your lines operated in a similar way, as sometimes odds were dropped a little after my bet, or closed for a minute or two. When the revised line was available again, I attempted another bet and such a bet sometimes was rejected.
Also, I did this practice since registration, I have made about 30 withdrawals, you have been checking my account for all this time, if something was not correct you should have let me know weeks ago. It is with this betting activity that I lost many times, having to re-deposit in my account on the 25th, 29th, 30th, there was no offer for my bets to be refunded back then. Therefore, no error in the betting software, all the action was accepted.
Only after this practice led to a lucky win streak you locked my account and sent me messages mentioning ''criminal activities'' and all that disturbed me, making me feel very offended.
I am an honest high-stakes bettor, bitcoin enthusiast, your sportsbook accepts btc stakes that I like, has many in-play matches covered and that is why I chose you.
I believe you lost your chance to claim the multiple bets as a software error weeks ago, had this really been an error it should have been spotted weeks ago.
More so after this led to losses which were processed normally, there can be no talk of error anymore, it is how the software works. If you want to change it going forward, its your right, but you cannot alter past results for this reason.
Bitcoin, and more so bitcoin betting, community is all about trust, I trusted you with my bitcoins and to honour the bets you accepted. Should you choose not to pay my fair winnings, the whole community will know how you chose to treat me as a winner and will thing twice before risking their bitcoins chasing winnings that won't be paid out in the end.
After re-payment of my full balance you have the right to keep my account closed if you wish so, or improve the betting software and let me bet again but my balance needs to be paid as soon as possible. This situation has caused me a lot of stress already but will not mention it anywhere if I am paid promptly.

Hello Ant,
Previously we have mapped out the results of the investigation by our sportsbook platform provider. After your response where you were clearly not in agreement with the findings we decided to take the individual bets and have them
analyzed by two renowned bookmakers paddypower and betfair to see if we were missing something in the analysis. Their findings were no different from the initial - there is a clear pattern of use and abuse of risk management. It was indicated that
the losses that you have incurred were done so in order to not show a win rate that was too suspicious. The fact that this software allowed for this abuse of the system does not mean that the winnings are legitimate. You may have noticed this when risk management would catch up to the rapid betting and reject bets that you made.
Considering that such issues with the software could impair the gaming experience for other players in the future as well we have pulled the entire platform until further notice. Where your activity will lead to confiscation of funds on other platforms we are open to looking for an amicable resolve. For that reason you can choose to have us return the 1 BTC invested as well as 1 BTC for the sub par betting experience on our platform. For that to be credited we will need written confirmation with your name, date and signature that this settlement is in agreement with you. Alternatively you can decide to disclose the situation in public as you depicted in your previous email.
Please be aware that this decision is final and is not subject to change.

Hello,
I will take this settlement you are offering, you can send it to my usual address 1JVxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSnx
I find no point to sign something, in fact I don't know what to write. If you insist on that, make up a draft and send it over to me.
I will comment on one thing though,
how is it possible that I purposely incurred losses to hide my win rate? I do not know the future, noone does. I mean, if i knew a bet was going to lose, I would just bet the winning side everywhere and become rich.''
The argument of ''some of the most prominent betting names in the industry'' was that I lost some bets on purpose. It is impossible to lose a sports bet on purpose.
To sum up, you took the risk, you kept my losses, you enjoyed it, so you continued taking the same risk but then voided my winnings. Call it risk management mistake, inadequate functionalities, it does not matter, your freerolled me, you scammed me.
