I don't understand how is all that different from what I am saying.
I took the 2 btc you sent me, yes, ill take 2 out of the 17. That doesn't make it right that you kept the remaining 15.xxx.

Bets were on a fair line, and if you did not want the risk, you should not accept all the losers you accepted before. Any legitimate  bookmaker pays the bets they accept. Again ill say it was a fair line, market average. It is not my fault your sportsbook had low liquidity, and you ended up with uneven exposure on my bets.
That uneven exposure sure did not bother you when my bankroll was emptied. I had to re-deposit twice to bet, and finally win.

You can comment or refuse to comment, whatever.
I will post just a couple of the emails we exchanged, no need to flood the thread.

Hello Laurence,

I would like to comment on a point made here, actually the only point made thus far.
Accusing me of circumventing the betting site's betting limits by re-placing the same bet. The word circumvent implies deceit, scam, thus it is an inappropriate  choice for the situation. It is used in the industry to describe people's actions like registering multiple accounts to take advantage of signup bonuses , or registering multiple accounts to bypass the max limit bets, on the same line, all of which is dishonest and disrespectful behaviour from the bettor so I never practice it.
People get easily caught having multiple accounts and the sports betting forums are full of such cases with people having their money confiscated this way, foolish to try it in the first place in my opinion.

In my case now, I believe the first time I saw the max limit message was around the 23rd of May. My first thought was to find out if repeated bets are allowed,  like other bookmaker models, so I tried to rebet and bets were all accepted, processed and graded normally. You are calling this ''exploit'' but it is not my intention to exploit. Many other bookmakers (Sbobet, Pinnaclesports, maxbet to name but a few) operate on a similar model. They have a maximum win amount for a line, and after accepting a bet there, they recalculate their position, lower their odds if need be, and let you bet again on the new line.
Your lines operated in a similar way, as sometimes odds were dropped a little after my bet, or closed for a minute or two. When the revised line was available again, I attempted another bet and such a bet sometimes was rejected.

Also, I did this practice since registration, I have made about 30 withdrawals, you have been checking my account for all this time, if something was not correct you should have let me know weeks ago. It is with this betting activity that I lost many times, having to re-deposit in my account on the 25th, 29th, 30th, there was no offer for my bets to be refunded back then. Therefore, no error in the betting software, all the action was accepted.
Only after this practice led to a  lucky win streak you locked my account and sent me messages mentioning ''criminal activities'' and all that disturbed me, making me feel very offended.
I am an honest high-stakes bettor, bitcoin enthusiast, your sportsbook accepts btc stakes that I like, has many in-play matches covered and that is why I chose you.
I believe you lost your chance to claim the multiple bets as a software error weeks ago, had this really been an error it should have been spotted weeks ago.
More so after this led to losses which were processed normally, there can be no talk of error anymore, it is how the software works. If you want to change it going forward, its your right, but you cannot alter past results for this reason.

Bitcoin, and more so bitcoin betting, community is all about trust, I trusted you with my bitcoins and to honour the bets you accepted. Should you choose not to pay my fair winnings, the whole community will know how you chose to treat me as a winner and will thing twice before risking their  bitcoins chasing winnings that won't be paid out in the end.
After re-payment of my full balance you have the right to keep my account closed if you wish so, or improve the betting software and let me bet again but my balance needs to be paid as soon as possible. This situation has caused me a lot of stress already but will not mention it anywhere if I am paid promptly.

Hello Ant,

Previously we have mapped out the results of the investigation by our sportsbook platform provider. After your response where you were clearly not in agreement with the findings we decided to take the individual bets and have them analyzed by two renowned bookmakers paddypower and betfair to see if we were missing something in the analysis. Their findings were no different from the initial - there is a clear pattern of use and abuse of risk management. It was indicated that the losses that you have incurred were done so in order to not show a win rate that was too suspicious. The fact that this software allowed for this abuse of the system does not mean that the winnings are legitimate. You may have noticed this when risk management would catch up to the rapid betting and reject bets that you made.

Considering that such issues with the software could impair the gaming experience for other players in the future as well we have pulled the entire platform until further notice. Where your activity will lead to confiscation of funds on other platforms we are open to looking for an amicable resolve. For that reason you can choose to have us return the 1 BTC invested as well as 1 BTC for the sub par betting experience on our platform. For that to be credited we will need written confirmation with your name, date and signature that this settlement is in agreement with you. Alternatively you can decide to disclose the situation in public as you depicted in your previous email.

Please be aware that this decision is final and is not subject to change.

Hello,

I will take this settlement you are offering, you can send it to my usual address 1JVxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSnx
I find no point to sign something, in fact I don't know what to write. If you insist on that, make up a draft and send it over to me.

I will comment on one thing though, how is it possible that I purposely incurred losses to hide my win rate? I do not know the future, noone does.  I mean, if i knew a bet was going to lose, I would just bet the winning side everywhere and become rich.
''

The argument of ''some of the most prominent betting names in the industry'' was that I lost some bets on purpose. It is impossible to lose a sports bet on purpose.

To sum up, you took the risk, you kept my losses, you enjoyed it, so you continued taking the same risk but then voided my winnings. Call it risk management mistake, inadequate functionalities, it does not matter, your freerolled me, you scammed me.

Hi,

To reply to this user's complaint, we have had a sportsbook (or an attempt thereof) in place some months ago that was opened to our users including antdee. Within a sportsbook there is always risk management in place to ensure fair play, and antdee is the kind of player that was constantly at odds with our initial risk mechanism. What he would do is push bets at high speed where half was rejected and the other half was accepted (which should have hinted at the fact that this wasn't ordinary play) - in order to circumvent the existing risk management. He would mostly bet on lower division games where our risk management was particularly poor, and ramp up a balance quickly.

We had all of antdee's history analyzed by some of the most prominent betting names in the industry to make sure that we were doing right by the player. We then contacted the user and let him know what happened and why his betting patterns were suspicious, as well as that our risk management wasn't adequately equipped to deal with it yet. Rather than closing his account which is what any other bookmaker would have done, we realized that we were learning from his activity just as well and decided to give him 2 BTC for the sub par betting experience instead. The winnings that the user received were never legitimate and in clear violation of our sportsbook terms and conditions.

Please be thoroughly aware that we admitted mistake to him, which is why we're surprised that this thread is opened. Especially when we offered 2 BTC as a settlement for our inadequate risk management while a lot of winnings had already been cashed out successfully. The player accepted the 2 BTC in a written statement that we both have on file and can be shared with the community if user wishes to do so.

User is welcome to write us if there are any further questions, as we will make no further public comments on a sportsbook that has since been discontinued due to inadequate functionalities.

There is still no reply from the site admins, owner about the scam accusation opened https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/mbitcasino-scam-httpswwwmbitcasinocom-1621481 ,is it safe to assume that site is probably a scam and the user is right about his 15 bitcoins getting scammed.

I'm kinda out of loop to this. What is the exact allegation against mBitCasino?

Read this post below. It is pretty self explanatory, as long as you are losing they are happy to take your money, but when you win using the same strategy, they claim that you cheated the system.
I am not an arbiter here as I have no idea if this story is 100% true.

My story from July guys.

All is fine until you get a winning streak.

Long story short, I was betting kind of high stakes, 1 btc per bet then repeat the bet at the revised odds. Sometimes I would bet 3-5 times the same bet. It was live betting, with the acceptance delay and odds adjustment it would take 30-90 seconds between each bet, sometimes minutes.
This way, I lost  all my bankroll a couple of times. Then the next day I deposited, I got a winning streak and ended up with 17btc balance.
I was using the same betting style I used to lose everything, no problems back then, but when I won they said I am not allowed to ''bet more than once per bet'', that I exploited their system. Let me note here, many other bookmakers (Sbobet, Pinnaclesports, maxbet to name but a few) operate on a similar model. They have a maximum win amount for a line, and after accepting a bet there, they recalculate their position, lower their odds if need be, and let you bet again on the new line. Mbit lines operated in a similar way, as sometimes odds were dropped a little after my bet, or closed for a minute or two. When the revised line was available again, I attempted another bet and such a bet sometimes was rejected.
Daily small withdrawals were being made, so they were checking my account daily and could see the action.
They also said I lost on purpose, like I know the future or something (odds were fair line, market average not even market top), they gave me 2 btc for my troubles, closed my account and wrote off the remaining 15btc.
They took their sports platform down since then. Their risk management is to blame I guess, but how is it my fault I wonder.

Mbit was happy to accept my losing bets and after I won a bit they cancelled the winnings. They took the risk and they were getting the rewards up until the point where they lost.
They chose not to take responsibility, they blamed me, they freerolled me  and showed me the door.

You guys know that casinos like this one with rigged games are just games and you should never deposit your money there right?

We are not fool enough to wager 0.5 just for 0.006 to withdraw, lol  all the games outcomes are predetermined and that's it.

Thank you for sharing your story, you should share your story on scam accusation, therefor some default llis members give OP a negative trust, they need reputation, so they would reopen your account and pay your winnings. Their actions are unprofessional, this casino is a scam, good warning.!!

Any update on the new sportsbook development? I really liked it, and was sad to see it gone (no other sportsbook with great odds and options together).

Hi Bitspenser,

Thanks for the feedback. We're currently in the process of making several improvements to our sportsbook and are expecting to re-launch it within the next few months. We'll keep everyone updated on this thread and will also be sending out an email once it's live again.

Thanks!

It looks like a nice casino but very less people know about it on this casino, I think you should have to promote it in advertsisng it on this forum in the header of this forum with the administrators or have to start signature campaign so that more people come to know about it and you will get some more clients.

The first promotion for match you deposit bonus says it is instantly received.
So that amount is sent to your balance where you have to use it or is it available to withdraw and is there are time limit on when you must use that amount?

Hi Lionidas,

Unfortunately the Endorphina bonus ended on Monday. Cashback Thursday is today, however, and the 20% cashback you receive on any losses only has a 5x wager requirement which is very low (with no time limit). Most other bonuses will generally have a 30x-40x wager requirement. Also keep an eye out for more bonuses coming this weekend. Hope this answers your question.

Thanks,
MBit Casino
It does and thanks.
Will be looking out tomorrow for a new promotion which I do hope is better then the one that I missed. It would make it up to me if it was with some spins like the other casinos are offering now to compete with yours promos. Wink
Hi Lionidas,

We do offer free spins, but this is generally only for new members. Upon creating an account you will get 25 free spins, and the option to receive 100 additional free spins as well as a 130% bonus on your first deposit. This is not a short-term promo, and will continue to be available for the foreseeable future. As per our weekend promotion, I am posting all of the info here shortly Smiley

Thats a nice offer.
Do bets like Black/Red count in those wager requirements or would it have to be one sided ?
Hi Ajaxmoor,

Table games do count towards the wager requirement, but each game-type has a different % contribution to the wagering requirement which you can find here under "Casino Bonus Payments" https://www.mbitcasino.com/bonus-terms-and-conditions.
