From an initial review it seems this user is creating multiple accounts to abuse the freebies, and therefore probably tripped up some of the automated multiple account checks. It seems quite obvious, because they used sequential email addresses - almost identical nicknames and so on. Very obvious.
The support team do not usually prioritize responding to obvious multiple account freebie abusers - we get hundreds a day. The team focuses on genuine players - and always will.
How many times we have seen that players coming and complaining about the gambling site but later it is discovered that it is the gambler's fault and not a problem at the gambling site.
Also nice to see that you replied about this here as most of the users were thinking that 8Bet support do not respond here. I think it is the duty of the gambling site onwers to depute someone to answers all the quieries and complaints rasied here. Had you not responded here, we only have seen only one side of the picture but now you made the case clear.

How long you have been waiting till now? Since it is weekend, perhaps their supports are off and may come back later to respond once they come back on the business day (I'm trying to think positively).
Well, if you check this user’s posts history you will find that this is not the first tme he has a bad exerience with this service. He made few posts complaining about a similar issue (not being able to withdraw his winnings and not gettng a response from support) more than two years ago!
I have no idea why he is still playing on this casino!
because I have hope that the human race is not only and always made up of scammers

after converting their bonus and reaching the minimum withdrawal quota of 80 USDC they don't let me verify my profile via telephone number they say to contact their support who never responds in chat and never responds to emails
the withdrawal is refused and put on hold because they don't send me the validation code

Sorry to say but chat and email support are the only available ways for you to contact them, here they wont respond because they use this thread to spread promo codes only while they do not communicate with the community.
What you can do now is being patient to wait till they give a response for you, by the way the validation code issue is not a new thing here because I believe there were some similar cases in the past.
