I think he's not going to answer you or anyone else because the user seems more like a bot than a actual human. It might gets data from one site and post it here and that's it. Look at the activity of the account and the number of posts but it doesn't have any good merits. but that is correct that what if there is a issue that needs to be address then only the support that we can lean on as they have no human representative in this forum.
Sadly, our sentiments will just go in to the trash as there's no really a human from their team noticing our response to their thread. So I we should expect that the bot scenario will still continue.
