It has been more than 24 hours passed since I made withdrawal of 68 USDT and nothing happened, I didnt receive any emails and no coins arrived.
There is nothing suspicious I did, I only played few casino games and I won a little money.

Why would I even try withdrawing 2 USDT two times? Cheesy

I entered amount I wanted to withdraw, and only 2 USDT was deducted from my account two times.
There was no announcement or any warning that some coins are not available for withdrawal, and support was not helpful at all.

Today I tried to withdraw again, before that I asked support and they told me USDT should work fine.
After I completed withdrawal nothing happened and status was shown just this -, so I asked support again and they told me Security Department is dealing with this and I should wait for about 24 hours...

Another thing is that I cant see any addresses I used for withdrawal in transaction history, this should be added with more details in my account page.

Try to use VPN such as Hola if you can access the website properly. You can conclude your problem once you can access the casino with other country IP. I have this kind of error too on website that is forbidden by our ISP.

The problem persists, and this is what I've done :

-I checked and synchronized the date and time of my computer : in the OS and BIOS, I can confirm they are perfectly right and the issue is still the same
-I tried to clear my browser cache, in the way you mentioned - same issue
-I tried with an incognito window - same issue
-I updated all my web clients - same issue

As I don't have any computer running on Windows, I tried to connect and register via an Android and Iphone, I have the same exact error message appearing. So as I understood the issue is not link to the fact I am using an Linux OS, right?

Is it possible that the issue is linked to my internet provider ?

As long as it has to do with internet connectivity, and with all you have tried and the issue still lingers, It highly possible that it could be an issue with your internet provider, confirming this is the fact that the issue is peculiar to you alone, as I've not seen any other user lay such complaints except you, I also can access the site freely without any form of restrictions of warning of site not being secure..

I believe it won't hurt if you try accessing the site through another another provider that could possibly be the reason for the issue you are having, first try another internet provider and see if it works, if it does work, then you can contact your internet provider to see what's wrong and what could possibly be the fix.
