Yes I can confirm that after many attempts I finally received my coins and with that, I completed my testing of Megapari Casino.
I know things like this can happen but sadly it did affect my overall picture of your casino, and I tried to be honest about my experience.
You need to work really hard to improve many things, starting from support, email communication, more detailed withdrawal information on the profile page, and other things.
This is not a good experience for the player because as he mentioned that he received the payment after many attempts and that is not good enough if ops need to work with the payment partner or have it changed for a better payment experience for the player.

Because no one wants to make multiple attempts before being able to withdraw their funds,  but also the ops have said that everything is fixed and the payment network is back to normal now so let's hopes thing change in the positive. I

You have to create a thread in the Games and rounds or Services, then ask the participants to submit the review in the dedicated thread by deleting the review from this thread. FYI, other casinos have run the review campaign recently without breaking the pinned post rules (example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4).

- You can't change the currency after registration but you can add different wallets in other currencies!

By the way, what is the main purpose of choosing the main currency at the time of signup, and also why it can't be changed later?

While the mobile web page is light and optimal, I saw that there is an Android app for mobile, while there was an app "Testflight" for iOS and the Megapari app is no longer available for it, are there any plans to have a standalone iOS app in the nearest future.
The IOS app will be available soon again. We expect it to happen in 2-3 weeks.

It doesn't have an IOS application but I believe it will make it easier for all users to play gambling without having to open a browser on a cellphone or a browser on a laptop, to be honest the mobile browser can still access Megapari properly without a bit of a problem , loads perfectly even lighter , but I haven't yet tried the app for android even though i have a phone that supports android.

I prefer to use a browser on my cellphone because it's easier and more comfortable now, it seems like a lot of people are still using a browser like me, but whatever it is, everyone still has their own tastes, it should be appreciated by the megapari team for making it easy for users for easier access to their gambling platform using their upcoming android and IOS applications.  Wink

- Minimum deposit(All currencies)

- House edge for various games
- Information about your KYC policy

These are just a few that I thought off from the top of my head.
FAQ should have information for withdrawals like

- Time of withdrawal approval and completion like almost immediately, within 3 to 6 hours or 24 hours.
- Maximum withdrawal amount per withdrawal and withdrawal limit per 24 hour ...
- Withdrawal fee.
For most platforms I've used, note I called it platform because it not casinos alone, all the withdrawal information you mentioned are all contained on the withdraw page itself, and personal, I feel that if all this information is contained on the withdrawal page, there is really no need having the same in the FAQ.

And besides, another reason why I think your suggestion is not viable is because..
1. Different coins running on different blockchain networks have different times transactions get confirmed, or maybe you are referring to the casino part itself, most can not tell you how long it will take before your withdrawal is approved or how long before a withdrawal request is processed, maybe because there is actually no timeframe slated for such - just contact customer care if you feel the withdrawal request is taking too long to get an approval and possibly processed.

2. Again, different coins have different maximum withdrawal amount per withdrawal, and so also with 24 hours withdrawal limit.
3. Same thing, bitcoin withdrawal fee is not same as Ethereum withdrawal fee..

All this informations, like I said earlier, are better accessed on the withdrawal page which holds the need withdrawal information for the coins respectively

Here is update on my situation with MegaPari.

After trying to withdraw my coins on June 13 and after facing many problems with USDT withdrawal not working, I had to wait 2 days to receive first email from MegaPari.
I asked support several times what is happening but I was getting conflicting answers from different people.

Than yesterday I received this short new email, asking me to to make withdrawal request again:



I visited my account again and I saw this.
There are three rejected withdrawal attempts, two times for 2 USDT and one for 68 USDT.
It is saying that withdrawals got denied by operator because of some unknown processing error:



So it has been more than 80 hours since I first tried to withdraw my coins, and more than 24 hours since last time they asked me to withdraw again.
This is all very slow process, like I am withdrawing 70 million USDT, and not 72 USDT.
I never wasted so much time trying to withdraw coins from any other casino in my life.

MegaPari can you explain what are you doing with request №1617918127 ?!  Tongue

It has been more than 24 hours passed since I made withdrawal of 68 USDT and nothing happened, I didnt receive any emails and no coins arrived.
There is nothing suspicious I did, I only played few casino games and I won a little money.
Compared to all other casinos I used this is slowest service and worst support I ever saw.
I received some error messages written in Russian language, so everyone be very careful using this website.
For many stuff I spoke above I have screenshot proof and I am preparing another report in different topic.

I am asking Team_MegaPari to send me coins I won fair and square.

I have made several announcements here on the thread that some crypto are under maintainance. Please note, that if you were asked to get in touch with the security dept, it means that the team welcomes you to pass the verification process.
This is not enough if there is nothing about it on your website.
All those people who are not hanging on bitcointalk forum could get in trouble like this.

No I was not contacted by security dept, and it is silly for me to pass any verification for withdrawing 68 USDT that I was only testing how everything works.

Hey. Honestly, I also dont really get what you mean by "main currency". You are welcome to add multiple wallets in any currency you like. Please check this instruction:
When I registered account I was asked to select one currency.
I deposited different coin in my account.

In order to avoid exchange difference, you are welcome to add wallets to your account in any currency you would like. For example, add a USDT Tether wallet at MegaPari to your account and deposit from your USDT Tether wallet. Otherwise, as you can see on the screenshot, the currency of my deposits are in MAD, but the account is in EUR. So, when I deposit in MAD, the internal system will exchange MAD to EUR and credit the end sum after the exchange. Does it make sense for you?
And what happens with withdrawals, same thing in reversal?
Support told me many times that I can only withdraw coin that I deposited, and in reality I made withdrawal of USDT after depositing LTC.
Either support is not speaking English very good or they cant explain it correctly.

Regarding your withdrawal - some coins are closed for maintainance at the moment. It is true that if your last deposit is in LTC, you should withdraw with LTC. And what you mean reducing USDT? Have you been credited 2 dollars for sth?

Why would I even try withdrawing 2 USDT two times? Cheesy
I entered amount I wanted to withdraw, and only 2 USDT was deducted from my account two times.
There was no announcement or any warning that some coins are not available for withdrawal, and support was not helpful at all.

Today I tried to withdraw again, before that I asked support and they told me USDT should work fine.
After I completed withdrawal nothing happened and status was shown just this -, so I asked support again and they told me Security Department is dealing with this and I should wait for about 24 hours...





Another thing is that I cant see any addresses I used for withdrawal in transaction history, this should be added with more details in my account page.
