I don't know why you cancelled your bonus though. You're in group A, which means that you got $60 as a reward, and $30 to activate the bonus and play around with it for the review with the possibility of withdrawing your winnings if you get them.

Anyhow, let me explain you the wagering system.

#1. The initial deposit (the $30 that Cro2 gave you to play) has to be wagered 3x, meaning that you would need to play that money three times (e.g. $90). It's easy to do it if you're good with table games and if you're lucky with slot games.
#2. The bonus deposit (that the casino gave you) has to be wagered 40x, this means that you would need to play those $30 that the casino gave you forty times ($1200). The reason for such a big jump is because this is the casinos money, and the goal of the business is to entertain you.

It's worth noting that thanks to this thread and the feedback of several reviewers I moved the bonus wagering requirement down from 50x to 40x, so now it follows an industry standard within the crypto world  Several reviewers managed to pass the wagering requirements and withdraw their winnings, with some of them reaching amounts of $200 as well, so I'm sure that this is set fair.

My depositing experience was not great; I'm one of the gamblers who does not like depositing BTC on gambling sites; instead, I prefer using USDT-Trc20. When I signed up on the site, I read through the depositing options and the accepted coins and noticed TETHER was among and it was an automatic checkmark for me; however, when I tried to generate my address for deposit, I discovered it was ONLY Erc-20 (accepting only Erc-20 on a gambling comes with many disadvantages).  i tested the site on my windows 10pro, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.50GHz, RAM 16GB and i was able to log and browse through the sites without any issues.

Design: I like the design and color scheme- all black with no animations or unnecessary pop-ups gave me a good first impression- but the UI/UX still needs some work because some important buttons were not placed on the first page, for example, the Withdrawal button should be on the home page next to the Deposit button to give the impression that the site values withdrawals as well as deposits. Why do I need to locate the withdrawal button? It's not a big deal, but it bothers me.

Signup Bonus: The rules are confusing, and I didn't get a straight answer from support either; perhaps someone could help me out because I got frustrated and had to cancel my bonus, and I LOST all of my balance, including my deposits; as of when I canceled my bonus, I had about $15 left in my balance. 1. Deposit


Based on the rules, group A reviewers are required to make a minimum deposit of $30 to try the 100% up to $100 welcome offer, here I made a deposit of $32, there are no problems making a deposit, everything runs smoothly without the slightest problem and the deposit funds also come in very quickly.

2. Customer Support


I didn't have a long conversation with CS (Diana), but I can already judge that CS has a fast response in responding to users. But it seems that CS hasn't fully mastered the Coinslotty platform, we can see from what I asked and CS response which was quite slow. IDK if I will get a longer response or not if I don't make a deposit first before contacting CS .

3. General Experience
Starting from registration, I personally didn't experience any problems, but I'm wondering about the "Currency" field, does Coinslotty need that field for? I think, if I position myself as a potential new user, I will discourage my intention to register, because I will think that when I choose $BTC for "Currency", then I will forever have to use $BTC for deposit. In fact, when registered, users can add other "Currencies" such as $ETH, $BCH, $LTC, $DOGE, $XRP and $USDT. IMO, it would be better if the "Currency" field was removed, to avoid misunderstandings from potential new users.

As for the UI/UX, I have nothing to say other than praise, Coinslotty has a great UI/UX. About deposit, As I said before that I didn't experience the slightest problem, I sent $ BTC to the address provided and it immediately got a 100% bonus. Coinslotty also has many providers for slots and live casino, this makes users have many choices in their bets.

This game is the same as on other mainstream crypto casino platforms, but the difference is that at Coinslotty users can't set the bet value they want. Honestly, if it's still like this, I will discourage my intention to bet on this platform. Apart from that, there's still an error in the game when playing, at first I thought it was because of my internet, but it happened more than 4 times, you can see in the picture above.

6.2 Game 2 Review - Sweet Bonanza Candyland By Pragmaticplaylive (Live Casino)


There are no reviews for this game, everything is running smoothly. I forgot that I was doing a review and playing this game for more than 2 hours, LOL.

6.3 Game 3 Review - Gates of Olympus By Pragmaticplay (Slot)


In the third game review, I tried the most popular game from Pragmaticplay, Gates of Olympus. Just like the second game, there are no problems in terms of site performance, everything is smooth. Also, I just realized that players can also use $BTC to play, not just USD.

I was selected for Deposit Testers Group B where I need to deposit min 15 USD and test Live Casino section.

Registration: It was a very simple process where the user need to fill out the form with an email, password, and nickname. I filled out the form and register without any errors. I was notified that there is a confirmation email sent to the registered email. The process was so smooth.

Deposit: According to the rules I need to deposit $15, and make a deposit 0.0008 BTC which was around $18, and it was credited shortly.



withdrawal: After making the deposit, I tested some games from the live game section, where due to luck there were some up and down. From $18 somehow I went to $12 and luckily reach around $25. I tried to withdraw some 0.0008BTC that was deposited and I see it was rejected sometime later. I contact support and they said I need to wager 3x of the deposit to make withdrawals(It was mentioned in the TOS but I did not read it carefully). Later I try to wager to reach the wager requirements. I complete it and make another withdrawal from my PC. A few minutes later I cancel the withdrawal request by myself to test the site with my Mobile phone. And After testing sometime I make another withdrawal and I was notified that an email was sent for confirmation of the deposit address since it was not used before for a successful withdrawal. But unfortunately, the email was logged in on my PC where I was already in bed . After waking up I confirm the email for address verification, Now I'm waiting for the withdrawal for around 9hrs from the address verification. It's still pending. UI : I love the UI for Desktop and Mobile both. It's looking cool and very responsive. But I faced some issues on my mobile when I was scrolling games from left to right it was not scrolled. I don't know why, but It was solved later.

 

Game Banner:  I like the game banner which is very smooth and easily understandable.

Providers There are a lot of games game from a lot of providers which is really a plus point for a platform and the players.

 

VIP Program: I like their VIP program where you can achieve Newbie to Infinity by playing and earning CP. Here is the VIP ranks: Newbie, Fan, Gambler, Warrior, Hero, Legend, Titan, Infinity.


Overall most of the things are attracted by me except some things which I will describe in What I did not like:

BTC is not available, so in-game conversion is provided, but that does not change overall experience, I am close to thinking that my laptop is kinda all to push-through a bit more requirements from graphics that this slot requires

Played spins on bigger wager, values shown directly in BTC, it is a bit hard to recognize exact bet for lower wagers (all up to 1mBTC, too many zeroes shown to recognize bet instantly)

My Review : Group C

Registration:
Registered via the link provided in the spreadsheet and everything went well, the fun part is that there are not many things to fill in at the start of registration, but having to choose the type of crypto to use shouldn't be an obligation because players can do it later after registering or when the player intends to make a deposit.



I got the verification link sent to my direct email without any problems and immediately verified my account, and because I am in group C where one of the tasks is to verify the telephone number to get and try the bonus from this assignment, so I do it with my first phone number unfortunately I did not get the code sent to that telephone number and did it 3 times without any result, the screenshot below is my third try after waiting for some time still no code has been sent to the telephone number that I entered there

This is the first game that I tried, everything went smoothly and didn't get any results in this slot other than small wins and ended it to try in other slots

second game and in first attempt I immediately got 32x multiplier so that it increased my balance again, returned to the initial deposit value after being half drained in the first game, and again tried to play in another game and this is the third


C. Wild West Gold Megaways
In this third game, I can say that I was quite lucky because I got a 2x multiplier which was quite high so that my balance exceeded the initial deposit and thought about making a withdrawal after feeling satisfied playing this game, but I continued playing until my funds remained at the minimum withdrawal, which was 0.2 mBTC.

Played this game first because apparently it didn't meet the withdrawal rules maybe around 30x rounds and stopped it because I didn't like the interface which in my opinion was too small


and tried some other games namely Dice and Mental slot (nolimit) but it didn't take screenshots and in mental slot the balance drained out, of the several games I played, only 5 lions used the BTC value, the rest were USD

Withdrawal
 I tried to make a withdrawal, I left the funds at the minimum withdrawal limit because a withdrawal review is also one of the things that must be done. I didn't check that there was a roll over that needed to be made before I could finally make a withdrawal so I made the withdrawal without knowing the info, after making a withdrawal and waiting for more than 20 minutes, I checked my email and was told that my withdrawal was rejected and I had to make wager requirement for about 3x,



I checked if there was a section or feature in coinslotty that could be used to see our total bet amount in a day but the history only available for 50x the bet means I don't know how much I have bet and again the support agent is the choice and I get an answer that is quite confusing for me, with a deposit of 0.5mBTC it means I only need to make a bet of 1.5mBTC to fulfill the withdrawal requirements and with the number of wins I got I thought there wasn't much more to bet on but apparently not and in the end I ended up with an empty balance


And I think this is the problem, that the wager requirement only calculates the bet made with the BTC value according to the player's initial choice, and i wish coinslotty could provide this explanation, because all my funds were used up, so there were no funds that I could withdraw and give a review whether the withdrawal was processed quickly or not, and if it is still mandatory to have a record of successful withdrawal, I have no problem making a deposit again.

Customer support:
I went to the support agent when I had problems with verifying my telephone number, actually there were no problems with that, it's just that for those who want to directly connect with the support agent, don't choose the type of language to use because we will continue to be directed with automatic questions and there is no option question to chat with a support agent, so avoid the language opt is the best and start chat with HI

My experience at coinslotty went well, I don't have an internet connection which can be said to be good but this gambling site loads all the pages very well and fast when going from one game to another or when viewing other parts of this gambling site all very fast so it's fun

My Suggests
Things I would like to suggest is having a statistics feature for players so that players can see how much they have bet instead of just looking at the line bar in the level.

First of all, thank you for choosing me for this task. Although I am not a regular gambler, I have some experience with this kind of platforms because I like to test myself the services linked to the signatures I wear. Little spoiler: your Casino is quite good, not the best I have seen but much better than others I have tested, and taking into account that you are still working on improving it, I foresee that you will manage to build a great site.

That said, let's get to work:


1.- Registration

As I live in Spain and you stated in the OP that this is a country which is not currently supported I followed your advice, used a VPN and connected from Montreal, not only to sign up but all the time just in case. I have seen that other members disconnected the VPN while playing and had no issues, but I preferred to stay safe. Otherwise the registration procedure was straightforward and as usual with other online services.




2.- Your experience in depositing and withdrawing

Deposit was really fast, and when I say "really" I mean that it was instantly detected and I was able to play in a matter of a few minutes. This is not the first time I see this, but it is typical of top gambling sites. I'm not sure, but maybe net decongestion had something to do also, but it is great that you don't need to wait for confirmations in order to play.

That said, I think that there is a little bug with the notifications: even when you read them several times, the red dot doesn't go away until several hours have passed:



Not a big issue, but quite uncommon and a bit annoying. In addition, I think that it is better to show always the balance on the left of the Deposit button, because, as you can see, it disappears in certain moments.

As you have stated before, deposits without bonuses need a wager of x3 before being able to withdraw. This is a bit annoying also, but reasonable, and I guess that according to the state of the art. In the future, in order to differentiate from other competitors, you could think about lifting this requirement, but you'll have to do your maths, of course.

I tried to withdraw twice. The first one without fulfilling the wager requirement, and the cash-out request was assessed and rejected in less than an hour, which is fast IMO. The second one, after fulfilling the wager requirement, is still pending, although I made the petition 17 hours ago, which is really slow (I can understand this for big sums, but we're talking about a withdrawal of $5 USD). You need to improve this. I will edit when the withdrawal is successful. And there is another little bug: when you try to withdraw, the notification box is blank.




3.- Your experience with the platform in general, device compatibility, speed etc.

I tested the platform with a not-so-old 2015 MacBook Pro (2.7 GHz Dual-Core i5, 8 GB RAM DDR3) using Safari browser and Cyberghost VPN. Although my bandwidth is quite good (1Gb), most games in the Live Casino section froze, which implies that some of them were impracticable (imagine playing Blackjack with a LOT of lag!). You can see the camera icon loading in the images:



The lag was lower after changing the settings from Auto to Low, but it goes back to Auto when you change the game, so you have to do it manually every time. Lag was also lower by changing to "classic view":





I connected through different IPs but the VPN doesn't seem to be the cause of the lag. Maybe system requirements, although my device works fluently with other streaming platforms.

4.- Your experience with the customer support (additional languages are a plus)

Customer support was good. After talking for a few seconds to a bot, the system redirected me to an agent and he cleared my doubts in a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to communicate with anyone in my native language in order to test the service in Spanish, but I guess that you are working on this too.




5.- A few points about what you liked most, and a couple of improvement suggestions

Taking into account that I have already suggested direct examples on how to solve the issues commented above, I will mention a few more points that I liked and I didn't like, and repeat the most important ones:

- Pros

• The interface is visually appealing, not the best I've ever seen, but it corresponds to what one expects from a high-quality platform.
• There are many different games to play.
• Customer service solved my doubts effectively.
• Instant deposits.
• As a person worried about increasing gambling addiction, I think that your Responsible Gambling section is great.

- Cons

• Lag in the case of people with my technical specifications is a no go for this service.
• Only English, German, French and Portuguese are very few languages. It would be much better if English Canadian and French Canadian, which are not necessary at all, were exchanged for Chinese, Hindi or Spanish, taking into account the potential users who spoke these languages.
• I missed poker in the Live games (although I wouldn't be able to play because of the lag) and other original games.
• Widthrawal is taking way too long, you should address this.
• Maybe a day/night mode? other platforms have this feature.

Tried to register through Epic privacy browser, and got message that USA is restricted (it does have built-in VPN)


Next, used Vivaldi to register, didn’t get any message, although registering from Serbia, but when click on “SIGN UP” nothing really happens, website just blinks, and if I check “I wish to receive promotional offers” button, blink is just being longer, but nothing happens.

Well, thought maybe is up to strange choice of web browsers, but then tried with Google Chrome, and it is the same.
