If this still continues -- 2,000 daily confirmed cases. I'm afraid, we will reached 100k mark in no time   Embarrassed, sa tingin ko mga first week of August. But then again, 'yong government natin... still have no clear plan para ma-lessen na 'to.

By this increase ng number of infected talagang nakaka pangamba dahil biglaan ang pag lobo ng mga datos kung nung una ay natuwa sila dahil mali ang prediction na 40k mark right now ay nasa 80k mark na tayo immediately and at this moment nag babalak pa sila na i-resume ang klase kung saan napaka prone nila tila ba inalay nila sa pandemyang ito ang mga kinabukasan sana ng bayan, I hope they will make an action as soon as possible tila ba nakikipag kumpitensiya sa ibang bansa sa paramihan ng infected. Sana naman may good news na for the coming months about dito sa pandemic.

Keep safe everyone.

Wish for the rain? Then deal with the mud too.

Quote
The five provinces with the highest number of new cases were Metro Manila with 1,345, Cebu with 304, Laguna with 109, Negros Occidental with 66, and Rizal with 40.

I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. the thing is tests takes time and results needs to be properly analyzed. they also can't just rely on the information given by others (even if it is very reliable). if they didn't made tests DOH is wasting precious opportunity to save lives.
Time is of the essence. The number of average positive cases is not decreasing, even if they did some tests (presumably this month), they're not just wasting lives but time.

'F as in falfak': PH gov't gets failing marks in COVID-19 response from these experts

As per the article. We're up to being no.15 countries with a highest active cases and no.1 in ASEAN. Imagine that and it could be more worse...

LOL.

a lot of you still don't get it. the government don't care about you and what is the cutting edge and latest out there.

whatever it is that will be going inside the country, they are the middle man and they will have their nice slice of the pie (people's money). the visible part is tax and the invisible part is corruption.

the virus is not that deadly, that's why the government have time and priority for anti terror bill, to gain more..why is the junk that is inside the groceries are still in there that causes more deaths than COVID-19? because it is all about the gains. no one cares.

I agree that it is not deadly compared to other viruses but the alarming part here is it has no vaccine, no medicine, severe symptoms, incomplete knowledge of the virus, etc.. the infection rate is also incredibly high and can travel easily from person to person which can easily reach old people and unhealthy. doesn't it alarm you that 1800+ already died in a matter of months here in the Philippines because of one virus? do you have statistics or stemate on how many people have died because of "junks" in a matter of months?

eat healthy, live healthy and have your supplements. your immune system is the one that really cares about you.
making yourself healthy doesn't happen in a matter of days and taking a supplement doesn't really help if you just start taking it and a lot of Filipino doesn't have the luxury to buy a supplementary medicine to boost their immune system or to live a healthy life.

1800 in half a year...make it x10, 18,000 for a year Wink

total number of pre-wuhan virus respiratory deaths is over 100k a year lol

days? wuhan virus is all around the internet since January.

If supplements is a luxury to you then you are fucked in this life in many ways, not just health. there are many ways to nourish your health cheaply, like growing your own herbs, or just stop taking in junks, a lot of people are just plain lazy and dumb.

only the smart and fast are making their steps to gain in this fiasco. the government and the high profile prisoners while the average sheeple is busy studying medicine  Cheesy LOL

it is understandable that there are more diseases that are more deadly than COVID-19(as I stated previously). but the death chart per disease you presented is caused due to long exposure of poor health management, genetics, etc.. whereas covid-19 can pottentially kill you in a matter of weeks after exposure. also, some of those diseases affect Filipinos by millions. imagine COVID-19 infecting millions of people here in the Philippines where a lot of people have poor health especially on slums area and poor hospital standards with very limited resources.

ever heard of herd immunity? the government is going to that route, they are not just talking about it because it shows that they made the wrong move of shutting down the economy, closing businesses and losing jobs.

what do you think about "balik probinsya"? if all the provinces are 0 cases and manila still has a few, manila will be closed for a year or two? LOL - not gonna happen, same with provinces and same with countries.

baka wala pa silang result sa sarili nilang test sa dexamethasone kaya di pa sila nag bibigay ng persmission para gamitin ito sa mga covid-19 patients. it is important that they have their own result to see if it is safe to use to covid-19 patients.  but I agree na mabagal sila kumilos.

I don't think they are really trying the dexamethasone treatment.

last few months ago pa na news yung drugs and dapat may result na siya kung gumawa sila ng testing (I hope I'm wrong here though).
article news about dexamethasone as a potentially new kind of treatment for COVID-19 patients only started showing up mid-June last month after UK researcher saying that dexamethasone have positive results on covid-19 treatments(I also made a post about it last month the moment after reading an article about it).seeing that japan only made a statement now we might still have to wait for bit if DOH will allow the use of dexamethasone for covid patients

(I hope I'm wrong here though).
I hope so too.

Japan approves dexamethasone as second drug for coronavirus treatment
UK approves dexamethasone for Covid-19 patients after positive data

It's all over the news now. Japan and UK approved dexamethasone as second coronavirus treatment.

I wonder kung ano ang ginagawa ng DOH at FDA ngayon at still may warning pa din para sa paggamit ng dexamethasone dito satin?

Decided to check on the forum (trying to keep myself busy with something else). So, kamusta na kayo? It seems the covid situation is not getting any better. Then ngayon lang sila magsasabi na #1 problem natin to after trying to downplay it for like half a year.

Nung una akala ko lang masakit lang talaga likod ko kasi wala naman akong lagnat, after a few days na lang siya lumabas. Will I get myself checked to see if that was a mild case? No.

Where's my #PinoyPride Squad.

Like, what's the use of putting a sheet to separate the couple if they're just going to go home to the same house, sleep on the same bed and give each other mouth kisses?

And yet almost 2 weeks pa bago matapos ang July. I'm afraid we might even surpass 90k kung patuloy na ganito 'yong dagdag.

Some of it are just criticism and sa tingin ko hindi naman ata okay ipatawag yung student dahil crinitiscize niya yung senador na yon. The fact that people's money ang kanilang kinikita, they should accept criticism kung may nakikitang mali ang mga tao. Pero may iilan nga diyan na sobrang below the belt na memes and posts pero can't blame those people kasi sila rin yung mga naaagrabyado sa desisyon ng gobyerno. Also, nawawala ang pagiging professional, if a simple post sa social media affects them, mas lalo siguro in personal baka may hindi magandang mangyari.

To summarize - he's just pathetic. Of all people na nakaka-receive ng hate or nang mas malala pa na accusations siya pa talaga nag-dare magpa-examine ng mga ganyan. What a bum!

Anytime soon ite-take down rin nilang 'tong implementation nila. Preventive measure against virus infection? More like hanap aksidente lang e   Undecided.

There were reports na nag-cause na ng accident 'to though I'm not sure if 'yong narrative is certain kasi 'di ko nabalitaan 'to sa gma nor nakita sa ibang news outlet.

Here's the post:

If gagamit kayo make sure 'yong 'di masyado makakaapekto sa hangin, 'yong barrier ata na gawa ng angkas is effective against wind. Nonetheless, ingat sa ride as always.

Bear in mind na dami na rin nag-open na work ngayon, some protocols aren't being properly followed na, like 'yong social distancing sa LRT, look more 'bout it here.

Doble ingat when it comes to posting something against the government. There was a college student na pinatawag ata ng NBI 'cause of criticizing Sen. Bong Go. Though may possible violation ata siya but what I'm pointing out is ganiyan sila ka sensitive...
masyado naman kasi atang Direct yung tama ng post, which is talagang considered as personal attack, may kaso talaga iyan.

The NBI earlier subpoenaed an individual who ranted on Facebook about the administration's spending, criticizing how the government did not initially have funds for health workers when it was earlier able to buy a P2 billion jet.
