got some basic formatting and ordering, need to add some more sites then will add some more filtering options to the listings.
bbcode is looking good, but Im a bit bored of that right now so Im finishing up filters / tables/ ordering.

will add the site_owner and moderator roles tomorrow if all goes as planed
