I can only say that the whole situation with the pandemic is temporary. Many people lost their jobs, some lost their loved ones, but life does not end there. Soon the situation will settle down and countries will gradually begin to restore the standard of living of their citizens.

Now, we are experiencing a war of the unknown. A pandemic had rises beyond the control of mankind. Our cooperation is highly necessary to combat CoVID 19. Our government has set guidelines for us to follow to flatten the curve of cases. We must sacrifice all our comforts to adhere on the the protocols because our survival depends on each other. It is difficult to let go of our usual life but we dont have choice. Young and adults may experience boredom and anxiety that may cause tremendous stress. Everyone reacts differently to this stress and strong emotion such as fear and anxiety that may arise due to uncertainty of its eventuality. Effective coping can help maintain it. Like communication, communicate with your family, friends and those you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling, Messenger and other applications could also help in the way that you can communicate to your friends,Also, beating boredom can help us free from stress by reading a book, watching a movie and playing a song, You could even clean your house if you are bored,. It can help also ease your stress in doing something you haven’t done before or learning new skills, rather than laying on your bed all day. It is also necessary that you should take care of your body by doing daily exercise, eating healthy food, meditating, hydrate your self and get plenty of sleep. Most importantly, we will pray always for God's protection and mercy, so that all of this will be over. Let us keep our self mentally alert and physically strong to to overcome all difficulties in life. Let us think positive always, let us be happy in wherever and in whatever situation we are in, let us all believe that life will be the same again. But, the lessons we had learn from this difficult moment will help us grow into somebody better than who we are today..
You should consider the fact that all of us are not in the same page right now. Some might just be lying comfortable in their houses as this pandemic continues while other are just barely surviving due to losing their job or having their business shut down. Let us not tolerate toxic positivity and start being sensitive with the real state of the world due to this never ending pandemic. We can be optimistic saying that this will soon end but for those who are just barely hanging each day, they just want to regain and recover the lives they are trying to revive before the pandemic began. Let us all help others if we have much with an open heart cause we'll never know what people are enduring right now.

Mostly of Covid patients in my ward were emotional and mentally drained rather than physically. It is because you are confined in a single space and just yourself which make him or herself to be anxious and gradually drain you. Just like you said communication plays a very important role here because it can alleviate the anxiety when someone talk to them.

Each one is going through different stages in their life and each has their own problems be it personal or professional or now pandemic might have created it. No doubt it is not easy to overcome if the problem is big, but we all can help , motivate provide some sort of relief by giving some advice if the problem is known or share the experiences so that others also know that they are not alone battling there. This may send some strong positive vibes that when they also facing issues and handling it well so why I can’t do it.
Yes we are going through different problems and not all of us are in good condition right now. If you know that you can somehow help those who are in need then might as well share your blessing or be an inspiration to others by encouraging and saying good words to people who are losing hope because of their unfortunate situation.

In times like this we need to think positive that this virus is temporary and there's a better tomorrow ahead.

The main thing is to keep yourself busy and there will be no stress. Fortunately, there is the Internet, this forum and bounty campaigns, so you don't have to sit around

Keeping yourself busy will end up yourself stressed.

If you really need to recover from this, you need to face it head-on. You need to accept it, not turn away from it which can make it worse. If you are already addicted, it is hard that is why you really need someone who's professional that can help you. Focus on what you wanted to do, setting goals is one of the best start from it.

Mental health is one of the essential things that must be strengthened at times like this for we are not just facing the covid-19 pandemic but also its after effect on human behavior which concerns mental health. At times like this, many people are facing or encountering different stressors that seems to be hard to cope up which includes boredom because people are told to stay indoors as part of health protocols to prevent the spread of virus. This also brought up another problem specifically for poor people because this pandemic also brought up loss of job which is another concern on where and how they would get funds to support their daily needs to survive this pandemic.

It is hard to state what must people do to keep them mentally healthy because we are facing different problems at times like this and we have different ways how to cope up and resolve such problems which challenges our mental capacity. But even on such cases, the important thing to remember is we must think of a way suitable on our situation to keep our minds mentally prepared and be ready to survive until this pandemic ends.

I think this would be a great time for self reflecting and realization..especially nowadays that we are facing this pandemic.. if before the pandemic, you were not able to see simple things taht they have big impact and huge importance then this is the right time to be grateful..I noticed even with myself that before this pandemic happens, i was more focused and stress at work.. but because of this Covid 19 I was able to see the beauty of being with my family most of the time in a week..before I was able to spend 113 hours a week with my family because 8am to 5pm I was busy at work then stays at home during weekends.. but now I was able to spend 16 hours at work and more time spend with my family.. before, I was focused on things that I will be earning because I have to buy extra needs for my family but  now I was able to provide the basic necessity only.. before I couldnt talk problems with my famiky instead keeping it with myself because I think that they wouldnt understand but now even small issues i was able to open up with them..Before I dont have time to read important messages and quotations even in social media..but now i was able to read articles and even my daughters grade level books and activities..and before when I browse my facebook i look at pictures..but now i was able to read their shared content and stories.. theres a one story shared that even catches my attention that made me realized the importance of my mental health and well being .. a story of an old man that was being admitted and treated in the hospital.. when he was about to receive his hospital bill.. he cried because of the realization that God has gave free air to breathe without any cause but Let him be known and Praise Him.. but now, he was being charged for an oxygen that was used to him to survive.. God is Great at all times because He never charge us for the things that He provides for us to survive.

The state of affairs is absolutely tough to deal with. But now no longer everybody can deal with this case and be afflicted by intellectual fitness problems. If there may be a trouble at paintings then you definitely need to now no longer be pissed off you need to relax and circulate forward. You have to attend to your fitness with paintings. If the fitness isn't properly then paintings can not be executed and the immunity can be decreased a lot. This calls for wondering undoubtedly and having a laugh in addition to paintings. This will preserve each frame and thoughts fresh.

Not all people are capable of coping up with the current situations happening in the World. We can tell them the same thing over and over but results will vary since life is not fair and that is the reality. All we can hope for is for the situations to be handled better so people that are affected by it can lessen their stress about it.

It’s not that people doesn’t want to stay indoors, they do, but when a man gets hungry he also gets angry lol. When this lockdown of a thing started, I saw a lot of poor people complaining that they were going to die of hunger, even an average person like me was also complaining the same thing, and this is worse because I live in a country that’s corrupt, the government is corrupt and people were so worried because they know for sure that they are not getting any support from the government. Although they started giving out loans to Businesses, but it’s not every business that qualifies for the loan. It’s really not easy.

We all know that this pandemic really hit us hard.
But complaining will not do any good on our mental health.
If we accept what we are facing right now and just look for options to alleviate our sufferings, I think that will be the better approach.
If you are at home and don't know where to get money or food for your family, what are you gonna do? Complain and not do anything about it?
Instead look for options like gardening (you can even tend plants inside your home, so many DIYs in YT), selling things that you don't need, look for online freelance jobs.
There is a popular quote which is "turn complaining into gratitude". This quote have a deeper meaning because it is part of the law of attraction. If you focus on negativity, you will receive negativity but if you will be grateful where you focus on positivity then you will have positive life. Even though we are still experiencing pandemic, it doesn't mean that the life is always giving us negativity. There is bright side and we should look at it.
I always telling for those people who usually complain that there are many opportunities out there. Instead to complain, it is better to look and find those opportunities that can help us to survive in the current pandemic and help them to make gains. Right now even though we are affected, I focus on improving my mental health by being grateful and by doing meditation in night and morning. It always help me especially when it comes to investing and trading.

As an introvert person like me, home quarantines is never a problem and i don't even get bored because I have lots of things to do at home that I couldnt seem to notice the time passes by. For an outgoing person and those party people, its really a hard thing to stay at home for quite a long time. Well, they may used to it unless they wanted to have contact with this deadly virus. Being at home doesn't mean that our daily undertakings should stop, though a lot really losts their jobs and businesses and become so depressed. But, I guess we can still be productive and discover the hidden talents that we have and may used it as a tool in overcoming anxieties or even an alternative earning points to sustain our needs as we are aiming for survival. Others may find it hard but we really need to obey the Governments guidelines if we wanted this world's craziness to be over. This is the best way indeed to protect ourselves, our loved ones and the other people around us as well as the whole world so we could attain the healing for everyone and be back to normal again.

The most affected and life getting worst everyday are those poorest of the poor, no shelter, no foods, no work. I don't know what should I think but  even we are also suffering because of this pandemic ,I am feel so pity to them because they more worst than us that have a shelter and food to eat who do not rely on the aid of the government. So, let us keep on praying that the experts can provide a vaccine to cure this virus.

There are many days that are very difficult in our lives.
Sometimes we do not feel like life is worth living because we see that we (people) are nothing and our existence is kind of meaningless. We just have to find the reason of living in order to keep fighting everyday in our life and have a good mental health.

With the existing pandemic that brought us into the situation of being lockdown into our houses to prevent the further spread of virus, many of us are feeling stress and boredom because we are already used to stay outdoors having our normal lives but because of the quarantine we feel like we are being manipulated and we do not experience freedom for we are prohibited to get outside if it is for unnecessary reasons. That is why we need to have a healthy body and strong mind to conquer the stressors that can possibly get into our minds for being locked inside our houses.

Mostly people that belongs in the lower classes experiences more stress this pandemic because they are always into thinking how will they survive this pandemic, how they can still ensure that they have something to eat when there is no source of income because workplaces and business establishments are temporarily closed leading to loss of jobs which is equivalent to no incoming money on hand.

Other cases are like many people are already experiencing depression due to the reason that they are alone during this pandemic for they have been lockdown on a certain place away from their loved ones. We need to cope this one up by keeping ourselves occupied on any ways that are possible and must have faith that this will soon to come on an end and everything will get back to normal. Physical, mental and emotional health is in need to be strengthen at this time of crisis.

Totally agree with this, each of us had to cope up with the restrictions that were imposed during the lockdown. Some people who are not used to staying at home and outgoing will have to make adjustments. The current situation had brought a lot of stress, pressure, and anxiety, people are losing their jobs and other means to earn, groceries, and other establishments were closed down and there are limited supplies that you can get during the lockdown.

In our country, there were numbers of suicide cases that were reported which was due to depression because of the pandemic. It's a must to keep your mental health and well being on check.

This is what I believe too, do what makes your heart happy during this time. Do all the things that will make you cope up. You have to protect your mental health too aside from protecting yourself from the virus. Staying at home for some is a challenge specially when you didn't have a healthy home, and your way of coping up is going outside. It will be a hard battle. News about the virus is depressing too, we are facing unemployment, recession, and etc. Try staying away from the news if all of this makes your mental health worse.

I hope all those people suffering will ask help, even from a friend or their via national hotline.

That's so sad. This just shows that our mental health is as important as our physical health. We're going through so much right now. We might survive the pandemic but we might die from depression and anxiety. So we must also be mentally healthy. How? Physical activity and exercise is a great help; staying connected with family and friends; limit exposure to media about the pandemic to reduce anxiety and stress; and of course, ask for help when needed. No man is an island. And in order to survive this crisis, we have to help one another to keep ourselves fit and healthy - physically and mentally.
