I just happened to have a customer today that made his first order with me and sent the voucher before I had the chance to give him a price. Ok, got that and thought he was in a rush so I made the exchange at my usual price and made him a small discount too, so I see him return and use mercaBit's services again. After I sent him the coins we get an email that what I sent is not a fair price at all, but you better read it for yourself...

Not a problem at all, please calculate the price yourself: Mtgox EUR daily high (37.34 EUR) + 10.5% more 0.12btc

I do not understand your calculation, you took the mtgox rates
highest? Why? this is not the actual rate at mtgox trading, then you
take more then you took Btc 0.12 10.5% but still it's a scam do not
even wirvox this, I ask you to kindly thank you eplquer this in
detail. Because I am sending you a good ukash € 10 and I'm left with a
credit of € 4.05 if bitcoin is not a scam I must explain, because
losing - 60% coupon ukash is the madness among wirvox it takes only
15% and 60% you explain me thank you.

Yes sir I can explain, because you don't seem to have read any text on my site at all.

My rates are on the site already and it says "Mtgox EUR daily high", what you don't understand from that? When the daily high is to high for you and too distant form the last price, like it is now, why do you still place the order to exchange? I understand that you need any amount of coins in short time, so I do my job and exchange. Yes, you pay a very high premium, and for this low amount 10€ is way higher than for +100€. With low voucher value you pay a higher premium than with higher value, because of the 0.12btc fixed fee I charge. That fee is the same for 5€ or 500€, but you see it as high when the value is low as 5-10€. I then take 10.5% which I pay to ukash and bitcoin exchanges, is not difficult to calculate either.

So, let's do the math together: 10€ / 37.34€ (Mtgox EUR daily high) = 0,267btc - 10.5% = 0,238btc - 0.12btc = 0,118btc

I actually made you a discount on your first order and sent you 0.121btc to have you order more in the future with our service, but I already see you will not do that and you even call us a scam, which we're not. I will be here if you need anything else.

Regards,
Alex B.

You're looking it the wrong way, from those 10€ you have to pay the fees, so it's 10€ - fees = Remaining amount is exchanged. On virwox is the same thing, 15% for redeeming the voucher + 2.5% exchange to SLL + 2.5% exchange SLL to BTC + 0.02btc for withdrawing to your bitcoin wallet. They don't sell at Mtgox EUR daily high, so for a low amount you could get a better rate.

Conditions on my site you can click the title "mercaBit Express - buy bitcoins with ukash and more" or *** More info (FAQ) *** and it shows up.

If you want a refund please send the coins to 1DRsJyGsf6vDKmuHRWFdKk7aJLiKYrXF1P and I will send back a 10€ voucher ASAP.

Alex B.

If I follow your logic on wirvox -15% -5% -5% -20% = 10 € I still € 8
- € 0.02 Btc -0748 or those who do when you € 7.252 is 4.05 € so the
difference of € 3,202 and less, if you will pay me the money in
bitcoin thank you.

I understand partly what you're saying, so you mean I have to exchange at virwox price because you want it so? My price is the same for almost 2 years from when I started exchanging ukash vouchers, so if you didn't have the diligence to see it on site or even ask other people, why are you being so rude with me?

We can only leave it at what it is right now or I give you a refund, anything else is just not possible. Please make your mind.

How can I refund you if you're still calling me a scam and crook? Then threatening me to tell all the bitcoin community about it, the one who is trying to scam seems to be you. If you don't understand bitcoin or how the set prices work please don't use it, it's safer for everyone. I paid you more than I had to, then offered a refund and you didn't take it. Then you threatened me with putting on the forum so this is starting to sound like extortion. You got the bitcoin, I got the funds so no one got scammed here and things are settled here.

This conversation is now public on bitcointalk https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/mercabiteu-buy-bitcoins-with-ukash-and-more-feedback-thread-104357.msg1616216#msg1616216 and is now over.

Sorry, I don't care what you see in you blockchain wallet, as far as I know they take their price from other sites not Mtgox, so I don't understand why are you even mentioning it. Is like telling me bitcoin is worth 0.01€ in your city and in mine is 37€. Look at the Mtgox EUR price then multiply your bitcoins with that price and you will have the real value not some bogus value blockchain is showing. I don't even know why I bother answering, but I suppose you're new and don't know this stuff already.

I will send you the voucher back when I see the coins in my address, 1DRsJyGsf6vDKmuHRWFdKk7aJLiKYrXF1P.

Pits me if I understand what you just said. You always have better luck if you say you're short 0.061btc and you will pay it with your next order, just saying. I don't know where you came up with that number and I just lost more than that with my time than the commission made with your exchange. The exchange is final and I leave you the gate open if you want a refund, you already know my bitcoin address.

Have a good day,
