When you see the OP is already tagged and has not even logged back since months..it is obviously a scam and you have deposited your money on a scam site and it looks close to being gone.

Sorry, but no one from Mercatox will answer you here too.Have you made the correct email to them? If you're not aware, they gave a procedure to reset it.

What about MoneroV? Any news about listing the coin?
I have heard from one of the developer of a coin that mercatox charge a fees of 0.25 BTC for listing a coin. So I think they will delay for the listing of MoneroV as they will think for the possibility that the developers will come to them and will pay them the fees for listing the coin.But they will be in mistake if they will do like that. Because Mercatox is a smaller exchange even more than one year passed since their origin. If they will list most of the coins then their community will increase in this way. It will benefit them if they add the coin first of all other exchanges which are from legit developers.
