Your messages are one-way communication and are also unsigned. I can read the messages you sent me, but I can't see your fingerprints. So, if you want to practice decrypting messages, other people need to have your public key to send you encrypted messages.
You can also practice decrypting messages that you encrypt yourself.

I had to do it again to learn it and I watch youtube this time on how to encrypt message. I wish this time would be successful but my problem is I want to learn on how to decrypt the message it says that decryption fail no secret key,

@Husna QA, I've done it using the same method created by @mdayonliner. It's pretty easy to import the public key but I doubt there is something wrong since the public key you've given is different which is ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography). I am not sure though, I think reviewing additional resoures would be much better to understand. But anyways, here's my encrypted message.

Before I forgot, it seems that your tutorial is translated in our local language however it lacks the Windows OS tutorial part. I wonder if @Asu will going to update his thread.
