Merit. MERIT. Merit.
This one challenges me as a member of this forum site.
With positive mindset... merit will be at hand sooner.

Please do not do this anymore in this forum, in any board. This could make you harder to earn merits as some (big number) high ranked members do not like this kind of merit begging attitude and they will ignore your account. This is a warning for everyone here.

...

(Merit me if you want now... pay it forward.)

I scrolled through your entire post history to see if any of them deserved merit and, unsurprisingly, all but 6 posts were bounty submissions, and 3 of those posts were exact duplicates asking if you would get more credit if you posted more.

So, you're basically the exact kind of person the forum is trying to weed out with merit.

After all of them been red tagged, banned by mods/ admin of the forum, abusive merit circulation will come to the end. Consequently, we might see real positive impacts of merit system on real (not alt accounts) users, hope that those ones will become more constructive over time due to two main reasons:
1) They will feel a bit scared about those abusers who got strict punishments, hence stay away from merit business.
2) They will see real positive advantages of being ranked up legally through constructive, merit-deserved threads and / or topics.

Before some weeks i saw a guy who got 48 merit just for a letter which was no way related to the topic discussed there  . These people just get a few bitcoins and give merit to others and people whose content are of really good quality don't get merits

This is a particular case but it shows how this system is still misunderstood by many people (a guy lost his account, this post has nothing constructive)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.36478531

I wouldn't qualify that particular one as a misunderstanding, many reasons come to my mind:
- The user who sent sMerit is a friend of the one who received them.
- They are both the same person.
- One bought sMerit from the other.
- A very big mistake the sender did.
-

The system is not perfect and will never be, there are borderline cases, these cases could probably be dealt with at some extent though.

Merit system is a great idea, but what if people get lazy and dont want to assign merits.. after all if you cant demerit, why give out merits which later on can not be taken away even if you became more of a nuisance?   Are senior members required to assign merits?

Your questions seem quite lazy in itself, and I question whether there is any substantive and meaningful point that is worthy of a response?

To date, nearly 152,000 merits have been given out by members, and you can see that number on this page

Of course, if you are curious, you can click to see whether members have given out merits in the past 120 days, and surely, the administrator should have some more sophisticated tools to attempt to monitor whether merit distribution incentives should be implemented.

I have read and actively supported the forum members but my merit was not received from the administrator. why so?

So, if no one will merit my posts it means my rank will not go up? Who will evaluate the posts and give it merit? Is there a particular people in the forum who are assigned to do it? What  will happen if no one will give merit? Specially like me who is a newbie and cannot find a good posts to contribute in the forum. Is there still hope for new comers to rank up?

You only need Merit to rank up from Jr. Member to Member which will take about 2 months to get the activity anyway. Just forget about Merit and start to think about why you are on a Bitcoin forum. If it is to learn about Bitcoin and talk to others about your interest then you'll have no problem getting Merit. If you came here to take part in bounties then forget about Merit as you'll not get any.

Lol, I don't think you have support for this forum. Looking at your profile, you almost only work at Altcoin, Bounty. Etc ... you just comment like a Shitposter with the same comments and not the quality. You think so is worthy to get merit ? Are you kidding me?

I do not understand a bit, explain to me! For example, I have the rank of Member(have 10merit) and I want to  1Merit, but I can not do it, because I do not have to sMerit. How can I be in that case, where do I get it?

It's hard to believe you are asking this when you actually received a merit for this post:

To get the merits you do not have to think about it. You just need to communicate on the forum for topics in which you understand, answer questions, help beginners. The more you strain for the merits, the greater the likelihood that you will not get them!

So either you've forgotten what you wrote in the 6 weeks since that post, or you plagiarized it and don't actually know/understand what you wrote.

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what you are asking, but maybe I somehow understand, I hope the answer lies in what follows:
In the beginning, sMerit (the one that you send to others) was distributed to users depending on their rank and activity, there also are merit sources who receive sMerit regularly, and finally, for each 2 Merits that are added to your Merit (received from others) you get 1 sMerit (to send).
For now, you have 1 Merit, to become a Member you need 10, let's assume you get them (users give them to you by clicking on +Merit on your posts), you will also get 5 sMerits that you can send to other users.

How many daily post required to get rank upgradation ?

Some briefs for you:

1) You need posts in different activity periods. One activity period is for 14 days, so you can get maximum 14 activity points in one period.

2) If you make more than 14, it will be credited in next period provided you make at least one post in that period.

3) You also need merits to rank up (not for your next rank up which is junior member and needs no merits).

THank you for this information.. i am new here and i begun to understand of whats going on..

You can read and follow the conditions here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/merit-new-rank-requirements-2818350.
More than that, you need to post constructive forum posts, and support members' questions. The merit will be received if people see the post well, and the number of merit received from all eligible members, rather than from the administrator.
