About the point I quoted above, does that mean if I have submitted my post on another topic regarding post review, I can no longer submit in this topic? or is the rule just for this topic only?
I think it's specifically for this thread that if you have submitted one post for review here then don't submit it again and again for merits because if he find suitable and review it he will automatically gives merit on the same.You can submit your post in different threads as if it's quality post and have useful information it can be merited by different users so it's not a problem according to me.But @fillippone can throw light on it more clearly as he is the one making rules in this thread.
