2 - Whether or not VPN use is allowed
3 - explain in detail when your customers will be asked to KYC, which is on many sites Is just that: "in case of suspicious activity customers will have to KYC" but don't give details of suspicious activities. therefore the casino can withhold the customer's money on the grounds that suspicious activity has been detected in his account

We are aware of this and the reason for it is that, currently, the currency selector will show that the balance is updating ‘in-game’ while you have a game window open, and the balance is being updated real-time in your account, however, since the game rounds are converting real-time in USD equivalent the balance shows as a total converted to USD in-game and once you have completed your gameplay in that game and navigate to another page you will see the updated crypto balance in the currency selector drop down. This is something that is common with other crypto casinos, but we are working on a way to further improve it and will announce any update to this functionality here and in our other community channels as soon as it's ready!

I honestly think you need to redesign the interface because at first land, it's not that good for me but, you can improve that later if you want to as this is just a suggestion to make it better.
It's also better if the scrolling page will be the whole page without that side to side background and covering all of it.
