It seems that this is a unique feature and the first one is on a gambling site, players can buy coins on and withdraw them without any requirement, because usually the exchange feature is only available if the player makes a deposit with coin A play and after that wants to withdraw with coin B, have not checked it directly hopefully fee for this features not high.
