WhY is it that Metaspin campaign is not stable? Like this that the campaign is not, it's affect the manager. As it is now the campaign is on hold and this making two time when this campaign is like this. I will want Metaspin team to resolve the issue so that the campaign will run smoothly for a very long period of time.
The campaign doesn't have too much to do with the site or it's functionality and as such you can keep that discussion where it belongs. As you know (or perhaps don't),
the people in charge of marketing and the people in charge of the website/backend are never the same. This is not something that is unique for Metaspins and if I don't have a problem with how things are going, you shouldn't too
The people in charge of the website are usually the owners and marketing teams work under them. So the owners must be aware of what is happening or maybe they know that too. Anyways, it's their internal process and we should only be concerned with the Metaspins.
The guy probably want to be a good shot on you for having this kind of
controversial comment actually a command to the metaspin representative to make the campaign stable. This guy is enrolled on your different campaign yet he seems very concerned on how things going on the metaspin campaign which he doesn’t belong.

What we can say here is that at all levels of our organisation everyone has a pretty equal hand in things. We’re working on improving how we respond on various channels and will do everything in our power to improve it as 2023 goes on.
We’re happy to try and help where possible but our best advice is for sure to put questions in the place they might have the highest chance of being solved. For instance any website or operational based questions will always be attended to instantly on our live chat.

All we can say as well to this is “watch this space.” We’re very adamant about things being handled correctly and as fast as possible, so you’re right.
