Yeah that's true. I mean I made an account but I don't really use it yet. And when you are getting 1-2 mails daily it quickly gets too much in my opinion. Thankfully I then found the unsubscribe button and used it, have silence ever since.
If you are using gmail, You can use the block sender option to automatically moved the unwanted email on your spam folder which you can’t see or being notified once you received one. This is what I’m using to easily decrease the promotion email of different casino since unsubscribe button sometimes not working long term.

But Metawin, as is the case with any decent service, includes an unsubscribe link in their emails footer allowing you to stop receiving promotional emails within a click.
