Wow nice. This is a pretty good news! I was actually losing hope. I thought we're starting from scratch on a new server lol. I'm glad the team's persistence paid off.

Something to look forward on the reopening of the discord server are rumbles. He said, "be ready for the rumble week of your life" few days ago, so I assume the prize pool is gonna be big. For those not familiar with rumbles, it's pretty much a flash giveaway of some sort that make use of battle royale simulation to pick out winners. It's kinda fun lol. You just need to click the sword emoji then you're in.

Chats room in "Metawin" integrated with their discord, If your chats in the chats room your message can be seeing as well on the discord too. Same way in the discord, If you chats in their discord your message will appears in the chats room metawin site.

Perhaps one of his concerns required lodging a support ticket 🤔

For surface level stuff, one could make do with the chatroom but beyond that where you have to lodge a ticket to support, you'd need a discord account, unfortunately. Sometimes, there is so much traffic in the chatroom, player inquiries tend to be ignored, as well and it can be a hassle to repeat many times.

I saw too, and people were wishing they got drained, as well hahaha

Metawinners NFT floor was hovering around 0.07 to .078 ETH so they're essentially paying x2 with 0.15 ETH per most common NFT. Other higher tiers and NFT collections were promised to be above market price, as well. Yet another blessing in disguise from metawin.

Yes, support chat on Metawin is better than through Discord because many people don't have Discord account like me and when I needed help, I had to ask someone else to message to Metawin on Discord. This is now better but I wonder why Skel didn't do it before.

I don't want to mention other casinos here but when I see Metawin, I always have flashbacks of the old days of Bitsler. I liked Bitsler very much because their admin was very focused on the community and they quickly achieved a huge success. When Metawin created a thread here and I saw Skel's Twitter and Metawin's Twitter accounts, I immediately realized that this was a different casino. Skel is a huge supporter of the community, he listens and cares, and that's what matters in this business. The difference between Bitsler and Metawin is that Metawin is extremely active and Skel is also extremely generous.

MetaWin team so far are always reacting very quickly to resolve problems and move on, to continue serving their customers with as best services as possible as well as very actively in communication with community.

This helps the business team to have good bond with community and even make it stronger with time. They don't wait for issues on Discord to be resolved for having a channel of communication with communiiy. The telegram chat group is good temporary alternative from Metawin team.

I have a small idea. The team can create a Telegram announcement group too, and link it to the chat group, with automatic update of announcements from the ANN group to the chat group. It's better for Metawin users to visit the Telegram ANN group, for important news, and if they need support they can join the chat group.

One more idea. How about Linktree?
With several channels, it will be better if there is a Linktree account to attach all available channels, for users to avoid phishing sites, fake and scam groups.

I have experience handling the discord.

The admin should be brief, to not response any message or offer jobs in Discord like "We are looking for employees for a crypto project". They target account as admin in the discord, to spread phising link once getting the account.

Just ignore all the jobs offer spammer in the discord chats.

I guess they have seen that there is a niche market in this type of betting and want to take their piece of the pie. A recent example was the US election betting but if polymarket has so much market share it is because there is a growing interest in non-sports betting. I remember many years ago seeing that only in the UK, where gambling is almost a religion. But little by little it seems that the habit of betting on various everyday events is spreading.

So yes, I personally am curious to see how they implement it.
