When communicating on official social media handles, you need to make sure you get your information from the verified support agent a d not from any random users who may wear a company logo on they profiles, they are all scammers trying to get your attention.
Most times, what I do is to only interact directly with the support on the site, because dealing with them directly saves you from all the possibility of dealing with a fake imposters on the net.
