I mean, even you are using VPN you still can follow the rules of their term & condition because you using (VPN) country with the same country you are stay. So, you can follow the verification without any problem due the (IP & ID) it's from same country.

Provider usually doesn’t have their own ToS stated on the casino that’s why you can unintentionally bypass it if you are using VPN or altering DNS to bypass restriction.

I don't think soo.The reason was simple, If we take a look in (Information) internet changing your DNS will not change your IP: https://asknaas.quora.com/Does-DNS-change-your-IP-address meanwhile casinos have few steps to verify your geo location
1. Based IP origin country
2. Based the verification data you are using.
So, even your friend changing the DNS his origin IP will still using country (Indonesia). It's not gonna to created a problem, as long from my perspective the (IP Country) you are using with data verification is matched.

It depends if the bolded part satisfies the country your friend living rn. There’s some instances that ISP is the only one restrict the website but the government doesn’t have any law about it but ISP also do this restriction due to the government advice.

Kinda restricted, and mostly based on the terms & conditions casino we are not getting any problems t all because the country is not being listed. I can think of a few countries that are not explicitly mentioned in that list but from which it is prohibited as well, namely European countries where the houses offering services have to acquire a country-specific license. Residents of those countries should not gamble in the casino either.
However, let's see what the official representative says.

That's true. Pretty much why I like the discord giveaways more as I think the odds are slightly better most esp with royal rumbles as it's basically a flash giveaway. Last night, when skel dropped a MAYC worth $5k as an additional prize in the pool, around 400 folks joined. I would imagine if this was on twitter, we would get x2 or x3 more participants.
Regular rambles from what I observed is typically around 100-200+ participants depending on the time. I heard there were times, participants were less than a hundred but ig this happens when I'm asleep lol.
