1x wagering requirement is not very hard and an organic user will do make bets with money they deposit to a casino. Because if they don't want to bet, they will no make deposit that contains risk of losing money.

It's good because by blocking cheaters with stricter rules of the program, it potentially prevents some reputation damage on the casino if cheaters succeed with cheating the bonus, then fail to withdraw or get account termination. They will not easily accept their failures and will create some accusations with hope to succeed.

If the sample is large enough, yes. But it's like when the RTP is less than 100. If you're playing a game with 90% RTP, that doesn't prevent you from walking out of the casino that night with a 1,000x, but if you go to the casino many nights, the more times you play the closer the total result of money wagered for you versus money won will be to getting 90 for every 100 wagered. In the case of RTP over 100 it is the same but in reverse.

Correct - it's set to "live" by default but you can toggle between live and target RTP. Generally, if it's 99%+ it likely means a few recent wins, and the expectation would be that the game would average back to it's target RTP...
